Hôtel situé très loin du centre ville, belle allure, chambre spacieuse, salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle. Insonorisation entre chambres à revoir, on entend les voisins quand ils parlent normalement. Quand on regarde en détail, boiseries en bas des portes de la salle de bain toutes moisies, rideaux sales. Pas d’eau chaude pour la douche, juste une eau tiède, revigorant mais pas digne d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Service au restaurant totalement chaotique, personnel qui ne parle pas anglais et qui ne comprend rien, nourriture basique sans saveurs, comme tous les buffets en général. Si vous voulez une omelette le matin, petit conseil, restez devant le cuisinier autrement vous ne l’aurez jamais. Personnel souriant mais inefficace.

We had a nice experience at the juaan restaurant, had dinner at it was a satisfactory experience chef were good at their service...also the staff ms Sonika was good at her hospitality the music was also good and accordingly.. definitely a recommendation

The hotel was near to the airport. Had many options of resturant. Good location. Staff was very polite and corporative. Food was good . Rooms were very neat and clean. The person at front desk mr. Sonu was very helpfull. I would suggest all to stay there as the hotel is budget friendly.

Stayed here for 3 nights and have good really good experience here of stay and food it’s nicely located near to airport we had our Pranic Healing Arhatic workshop also here Food was also great and there services also amazing Recently they started a Earth Hour activity in which they are greeting guests with snacks and puting lights off of certain time that’s great initiative Highly recommend this hotel for there good service in Jaipur near to airport
