We have booked 4 rooms for the family vacation in this hotel but they have denied to check in without prior information . And asking them to pay the amount in their own UPI amount. We had already made the payment but they didn't care. This is trapped with the guests and these people should be sued and should face the legal consequences. I'm gonna file a complaint against this ***agement..No one should book this hotel to avoid last minute disaster. Most pathetic hotel and Oyo service i have ever seen.
