Renest Jaipur offers a convenient location and decent food, but falls short in room maintenance and service consistency. Pros: Excellent location, within walking distance of the Metro and adjacent to a petrol pump. Courteous and helpful front desk staff. Good buffet breakfast and dinner offerings. Cons: Room service was inconsistent, requiring repeated requests for basic amenities. Cleaning standards were below average The property requires renovation, particularly in the bathrooms (bath fittings, etc.).

A decent hotel situated not very far from the main attraction of the town. Close to metro station. Rooms are good with all the basic needs. Good mix of food choices. Only one restaurant and menu has all type of Indian dishes and choices for local cuisine. Staff is well trained, courteous and prompt. Recommended for short stay.

Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. And We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay truly memorable. Thanks

The stay at Renest Jaipur was excellent. Booked to have an overnight stay, but found the hotel to be very nice. The property is excellent so is the hotel staff. Mr Surendra & Ms Chetana from Front desk are very supportive and professional. Recommended to be booked for business and vacation trips.

lights keep going, we got stuck in the elevator for 10-15 mins, after getting us out the staff was laughing and giggling. we were suffocating inside, it was 4 of us in one tiny cramped up space and all the staff said was " khali 5 -10 min toh the aap ander" on top of that I asked for the manager so a random staff member replied I'm the manager, I asked for his ID he said I don't have. The front desk staff was add-on to our wound, they did nothing to help us, laughed the whole time. The staff is literally useless. I saw the lady on the front desk keeping her head down and sleeping at times. the *** who stands at the reception in the afternoon does nothing, he just sits there with no intention of helping any customer. the food is bad, very very costly. 175 rs for a cup of tea. the only good part about the hotel was their rooms, good and spacious, and the housekeeping staff was excellent, always helping and on time.
