位置非常好,但是等候車輛非常緊張,門房會一直催促。早餐超級美妙,瞬間的歐姆蛋很值得嘗試。房間大小適中,衛浴設備稍小。

Si tratta di un 4+ stelle però con standard locale. Io mi sono trovato molto bene ma sono ormai abituato allo standard locale. Per esempio l'acqua era al massimo tiepida, il rubinetto della doccia era estremamente incerto come anche l'inglese dei più. Il tutto però e stato controbilanciato dalla disponibilità del personale che risolve quasi tutti i problemi, anche questa straordinaria disponibilità e gentilezza sono standard in India. Io ho avuto dei problemi all'idraulica anche all'Oberoi di Mumbai che ha altri prezzi e altri standard.  Consigliato a chi ha un certa predisposizione alla pazienza.

In the first day the bedsheets were smelling like cigarettes but they changed it right away and the remaining stay went great! Staff was very kind, breakfast was good, the gym well equipped. I'd come back!

This is an honest document of my encounter with this hotel. Room was great, but Staff ruined the experience. : The room was pretty spacious and modern. And mostly very clean. The problem however were the following: 1.) Lack of Amenities: Throughout the stay the hotel ensured the room was inadequately equipped with basic ammenities such as slippers, hand towels, toothbrush and paste, bucket and mug for shower. These caused a lot of inconvenience as everytime we went in the room, we had to call the housekeeping and wait 10/15mins before getting the thing we required. I don’t understand why you cannot keep these basic things already in the room. The water bottles were also of a pretty small size, coffee pouches was not filled everyday properly. 2.) Staff. Housekeeping staff, 0 problems, it was not their fault room was badly equipped with ammenities. However the main problem was the staff. In particular the name of the problematic staff were: Zabar Singh and Pankaj. These 2 gentlemen made no effort to help or welcome us during the stay. From the point we checked in, Pankaj was so busy with other stuff, we had to wait 15 minutes to check in even though there was no queue. When we reached the counters, he didn’t spare to even properly welcome us tell us the basic details of the room, even make some eye contact. Poor standard. When you check into such a high quality hotel, you expect the staff to properly welcome you and tell you all the basic information of the room and hotel. But this *** did none of that, it was a very “cold experience”. He handed the keys and went back to his work. The next day, before going for breakfast we went to reception again to talk to a *** called Zabar. We asked if he could organise a tour for us of Jaipur. Once again 0 eye contact, rude ignorant behaviour. Without even looking at us, he said 4000 rupees for a car for the day. I tried asking do you have any more packages and yours? No response. I asked do you have cheaper packages( as the standard rate is more like 1500) At this he smirked and said if you want more, go outside and find it yourself. Once again very “cold” overall. There was no attempt to be helpful and find a solution. The worse thing is, I had called the hotel several times before to confirm if they could sort out a package. They had said yes, but on the day, they had no options and were not helpful at all. It was scary, because I realised these people would not even help me in an emergency. I get it that you have a fixed hotel rate for a tour. But if a guest doesn’t find that the best, it is your job to work with the guest to find a solution and guide him. This guy just left us stranded and it was a disgustingly rude and cocky response. 3.) Now comes the most scary part! Our train was for 3am, so we asked Zabar to help us organise a drop off at the station for 1:30am. After much effort he finally decided to call his “local guy”, mutter something and say it will cost 800 rupees (2km journey). This was an extremely inflated figure which I realised he was quoting due to our passports (British and USA). We asked for some clarity, he didn’t give it. We asked for some more options, maybe help us get us an Auto or private taxi, he said no. We realised that we were trapped as the Wi-Fi was not working and we would have 0 option to get to the station that late at night. Once again, very cold! Always gave the feeling that the hotel was not with the guest. The hotel was trying to con the guest. There was no effort to be helpful and smile and help. In the end we managed to find multiple private taxis for 100 rupees. We went to the station In an AC car for 100 rupees.

Ho trascorso 2 notti in questo hotel che ha il pregio di essere abbastanza centrale: è possibile raggiungere a piedi il mercato con 10 minuti di passeggiata. Buona la colazione e, soprattutto, il bar. La nostra camera era grande e il letto comodo, ma non era insonorizzata adeguatamente e si sentivano sia i rumori della strada (che in India sono piuttosto fastidiosi, ma non è facile trovare alberghi dove non si sentono affatto) che, soprattutto, quelli provenienti da dei motori, forse dell’impianto di aereazione, posti proprio sotto le finestre. Inoltre la stanza è piuttosto vecchia, cosa che caratterizza tutti gli alberghi dell’India del nord in cui ho soggiornato, con alcune prese non funzionanti o difettose, doccia che perde e tappezzeria dei divanetti macchiata. Tirando le somme, è un’albergo nella media in cui si puó avere un buon soggiorno, pur avendo un rapporto qualità prezzo sfavorevole. Se fosse stato possibile avrei dato 3.5 stelle.

ห้องพักสะอาด พนักงานใจดี ไม่อิดออด ขออะไรเพิ่มก็เอามาให้ แถมไม่ต้องการทิปด้วย น่ารักมากๆ ค่ะ ถ้ากลับมาอีกต้องมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอนค่ะ ห้องอาหารที่โรงแรมก็อร่อยค่ะ โดยเฉพาะอาหาร international สะอาด ปลอดภัยหายห่วงแน่นอนค่ะ

Hotel molto buono, letto molto grande e camera spaziosa. Colazione e cene molto buone. Complimenti allo chef Ji Tendra per averci preparato dei noodles di ottima qualità solo per noi e Chandra per averci assistito. Location nom molto centrale, camere silenziose.

Het hotel was in orde, ook de kamers waren ruim. Juist de keuze van het eten en de keuze van het ontbijtbuffet vonden wij onvoldoende. Voor de rest is het een prima hotel met vriendelijk personeel indien er gekozen wordt om Jaipur te verkennen

Excelente lugar, servicio y comida. Muy buenos precios, es un lugar de tranquilidad cerca del centro. Ranveer fue un excelente mozo. Volvería muchas veces más, 100% recomendable. El butter chicken fue el plato de excelencia con nivel de picor adecuado

Hotel nella media, buono. pulito. Non rumoroso La colazione è minima, comunque buona. Personale gentile. Fuori l’hotel c’è qualche negozietto e si riesce a fare tranquillamente una passeggiata nei dintorni senza essere assalito da gente del posto che chiede soldi

Hotel muy bien situado a apenas 1 Km de una de las entradas a la ciudad antigua. La habitación suite era enorme con 2 áreas diferenciadas, una para como sala de estar y otra como dormitorio. Todas las luces estaban controladas por sensores táctiles, con un control central desde la cama que lo hace muy cómodo. El restaurante para cenar tenía una gran variedad de platos tanto hindues como occidentales y tenían cerveza bien fría, que es difícil de encontrar en el resto del país. El desayuno podría ser algo más variado y con algo más de comida occidental, pero si pides, te pueden hacer por ejemplo tortillas a tu gusto.
