比尚閣堡阿麗拉飯店 - 凱悅品牌(Alila Fort Bishangarh)

Une arrivée princière, avec prise en charge dans la dépendance avec piscine, puis transfert dans le fort, incroyable construction. L'hôtel est un véritable labyrinthe mais possède un véritable charme, une âme. Le bar est sympa, coincé au milieu. Le spa est superbe, avec des soins top niveau (au prix Alila bien entendu). Le restaurant intérieur est ok, sans plus. Le restaurant sur la terrasse est bien plus intéressant, notamment avec ses grillades.

Endroit exceptionnel. L'accès n'est pas facile, mais cela en vaut la peine. Personnel très bien formé, accueillant. Équipements bien entretenus. Il faut juste prévoir des panneaux de direction dans le château, on s'y perd !

Excelente hotel ao nível de um bom Hyatt. Aproveitamento excelente de um forte antigo com um enquadramento maravilhoso. Suites lindas e espaçosas com casa de banho fabulosas. Restaurantes muito bons. Piscina localizado na base do forte e muito bem enquadrada no cenário. Staff muito prestável. Imperdível

Stayed here to take a short break to celebrate our anniversary and had a really good time. The hotel has a very nice historical feel to it since its converted from an old fort. Being a Hyatt property, the service is exceptional and the staff pay great attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the view from the rooms is really lovely. The highlight of our trip was Chef Mahindra, he was the person who made everything special and worth it. He took exceptional care of my dietary needs and made a lot of effort to prepare a variety of snacks and main meals that were all made gluten free so I could get to try a lot of things without having to worry about falling sick. The breakfast options were truly unique and outstanding unlike any of the usual gluten free fare available at most standard hotels. Chef Mahindra definitely went out of his way to ensure we had really amazing meals. He is an asset to this property and I look forward to being fed by him again in the future! I've met so ***y talented chefs due to my dietary needs, but this guy really raised the bar very high. He single-handedly deserves all the praise for his efforts in ensuring our trip was a culinary dream preparing detailed menu options with dishes that infused local ingredients and giving us a completely authentic experience without letting my dietary limitations come in the way. Special mention to the F&B ***ager Rohit Bhadoria who was also very attentive and forthcoming with his service. We didn't get to try the rooftop restaurant since it was too windy to sit there but we didn't mind eating in the same restaurant every night as the chef got us to try plenty of options. One thing I did feel is the property is not very senior friendly as there are a lot of steps and the corridors are dark. Since we are daily young, we did not have any problem navigating through and exploring the property though but I would probably not recommend this to elderly folks. While overall the hotel is a charming piece of history, there isn't a ton of stuff to do there though they do have some activities that they organise on request, none of these particularly interested  us. Since we only stayed two nights, we were content to spend the time just unwinding and recharging instead and there is plenty of peace and quiet time to be found.

Best experience! Most beautiful property and amazing hospitality. Rajasthani food was too good. Perfect sunset view at poolside. Heaven on earth.

During a 2 week trip of Rajasthan we stayed at Alila Fort for 2 nights, which was an absolute highlight. The fort has been wonderfully restored and provides an extremely comfortable place to stay. The staff and experiences were exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop dinner; cooking masterclass; archery and the lovely pool.

Great ambience, great food (which was surprising as I have been to boutique hotels which emphasise on their exteriors but miss out on the F&B Experience) and super helpful staff members ! Will def come again ❤️

Excellent Hospitality and lovely hotel. Quite expansive apart - from the fort portion - and needs some Great food, Great service and remarkable in every aspect. Special thanks to Avishek & Souvik at F&B, Dhiraj Thakur at Reception and superlative bartender Shri Prakash - for his beyond the menu concoctions - for making our stay great. Overall hospitality is very good and speaks high of the leadership abilities of the GM ( don’t know him or met him) for running such an excellent team. Have a great roof top restaurant - Nazara - but missed dining there due to rains. Lovely experience over all.

Alila Fort is one of the great choice I made to come . I was worried about my stay after my daughter’s exam. we stayed for two nights. The view from the room and the rooftop restaurant is amazing. The breakfast menu and buffet is very loyal. The staff was handling lot of customer, but I had very great conversation with Rohit from poolside and Ayush from the Bar.
