「Staff at the reception are nice and friendly, crews and bellboys helps with your stuff. However, got harassed by one staff at the bar. We were being forced to leave where we are seated to a sofa near the bar and embarrassed my friends while we are waiting for the coffee we ordered at the bar. Tirelessly, even to the point of heated argument he never stopped until I made myself clear that I am going to report him. I had been a guest for this hotel since 2019 and unfortunately treated like this. This staff must be removed for inappropriate action.」
「In trip.com I had requested for airport pickup, but Hotel did not turn up and when I called them they said they were not aware. I had to schedule my own after landing. In-room dining they kept calling me to ask if I’ve eaten so that they can send someone to clear the plate. That’s very annoying.」
