I loved this property! The staff were amazing and approachable. The room was spacious and clean! Cute view! Breakfast was perfect with unlimited coffee!!! Will be back

This property is a GEM! Located on a nice and safe area. Quick trip to lots of local places. Everything was really clean, the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The continental breakfast was really good given it’s a complimentary breakfast with your stay. Had hot coffee available all day. The front desk staff greeted us upon every entrance/exit of the hostel. It’s “basic” in the room, but gets the job done!!! Even has a chaise type chair in the room. Highly, highly recommend.

Was disappointed No parking in the night, the invasive company trucks all over the parking, taking 2 and 4 parking is unacceptable I ask to the guy in front desk were I supposed parking, and his answer was .. (I have to in the front of reception) an send me to next buildings to park... wow not good... But breakfast are good the lady really nice, room are clean

Traveling to Ft. Lauderdale, FL from TN and if a very pleasant stay here in Jacksonville. Clean, comfy, and felt safe! Location was perfect to grab some extra essentials that we forgot. Gas nearby to fill up, lots of food choices nearby, a grocery store. Perfect location!

This hotel is beyond amazing (in our opinion). From the lobby to our room and bathroom, everything was amazingly clean. There were full-sized products in the bathroom and games you can play in the lobby with large tables to play them on. The bed was fabulous as were the pillows. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in Jacksonville.

Pls: very clean room and lobby, tables wiped down as diners left during breakfast. Coffee was good with lots of creamer options. It was nice to make fresh pancakes and the sausages were delicious! We were told when eggs were ready but had already made due for the most part. Neg:Had a big group at breakfast so waited 20 min for eggs… fruit offerings were 3 oranges. Coffee maker in room wasn’t functioning and front desk stated that they’ve had complaints before and maintenance often believes it’s user error… they can be tricky to use but I knew what I was doing and could only get a portion of water to come out before unit shutdown. They said it would be replaced but not while we were there bc staying only one night. Oh well, we checked in late so I understood.

Very clean property. Staff is good. Breakfast included and it was pretty decent. Convenient dining options in adjacent plaza. Good location. Easy access to i95

Roll in shower flooded bathroom and hall. Very unsafe for handicap guests. Went to the front desk for more towels no one was there. Waited several minutes no one showed up and no one in housekeeping.
