Got in late....just slept! Nice stay

The bathroom was dirty, smelt like animal urine. Toilet hadn’t been cleaned. All we heard was people coming and going all night, grownups taking loud and partying. Kids running above us. We checked out a day earlier because of all of this. Won’t stay there again.

Service was great but the hotel was dirty was not cleaned and there was a party all night in the hotel front desk was not available just over all a horrible experience

No me dieron la habitación, no me reembolsaron el dinero, tuve que pagar otra habitación en el establecimiento, y el cuarto tenía cucarachas, el colchón no tenía ropa de cama, no habia toallas, no había almohada

people were smoking at the front entrance and under all the a/c units, unit floors were filthy, the stove top was filthy, had to retrieve fresh towels no cleaning service will never use them again

My search was for properties within about 9 miles from Mayo because I am very sick and am being seen at Mayo early in the morning. Due to illness, I’m on a budget of about $100 total for a nights stay. The ONLY thing this property should ever be associated with a search for a hospital is that you can contract Hepatitis by staying here!! LOL! But I’m serious, it’s GROSS!

I couldn’t even stay the night. I walked in and right back out as the pictures online do represent the property condition at all.

I am over 70 years old and this was the worst place I have ever stayed at. 1. I book a queen bed, they put us in 3 different rooms, none has a queen, 2. First rooms dirty and 1 pillow, sheets were stained 3. 2 nd room the door was open, no sheet s or blanket on bed no towels 4. last room was full size but it was 11;30 PM and we were stuck. I killed 4 cockroaches. No soap or shampoo 5. The security exterior doors were broken so anyone could walk into the bldg 6. I guy who checked me in did it behind a solid metal security wall and open opened it an inch to the my ID and credit card 7. Smelly,dirty 8. and then they fought with me about a refund for the second night!!! I had to get ******* involved to get thenm to drop the charge. As of today,I still havent received a refund!!!! WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!!

Roaches, ceiling falling apart on all floors management not helpful requested to check out early and be refunded and was told was a non refundable hotel. Not customer service friendly loud music at night. No one available to speak to about concerns front desk was gone throughout the night.
