Very cute place. It was clean and had everything we needed. Only con was the road noise at night and the rooster wake-up call around 4 in the morning.

Great stay My family went to Jacksonville to tour Tulsa Welding School for my son, it was the perfect spot, close to everything we needed. Clean and cozy little cottage home.

Jax wedding This property is amazing! The house is adorable and more than comfortable. It is quite spacious and well-appointed. The location is close to shopping, food, etc. and not far from the beach. Should we ever find ourselves in Jacksonville again, this would be my #1 choice for accommodations!

Comfy cottage Thoughtfully renovated, with soft sheets and towels. A couch so comfy we almost fell asleep on it. Covienently located 10 min to UNF, 25 min to the beach, and 15 min to the St John's Town Center. The only propblem was the late night road noise and one the neighbor's early rising rooster.
