It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with fully equipped kitchen , you will grap your favourite drink while your are relaxing on the heated pool & Jacuzzi Enjoy your stay.About pets:Pets allowed: limit 1 total.300 Pet Fee.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Please remove all used or unused! Do not leave leftover food!
NO Eating in the Bedrms! If there are any crumbs left behind there will be a fee of $25..Smoking allowed only in designated areas. No GLASS near the pool area! Please use paper or plastic cups ONLY outside. Grill only in designated area.,Please make sure kids eat in the designated areas which is in the kitchen area or outside. Spring break get away
The pictures do not do this properly justice! The house was beautifully decorated and had all of the things that my family needed for our week long stay! We will definitely be booking again!

Nice, clean and comfortable home
Home was nice and clean. Pool and pool table were fun. Three separate “wings” of the home each with a bathroom were convenient if traveling with friends or family. Host was very responsive whenever we had questions or requests. Can’t think of anything that home could have had that it didn’t or anything that the host could have done to make our stay any better!!

Jacksonville Concert Weekend
Our host was amazing! The night before our arrival a storm occurred. The owner went above and beyond in getting the yard and pool cleaned of debris by the time we arrived. She was easy to contact throughout our stay. We loved everything about the house but especially the pool and hot tub.

Family visiting Jacksonville, Florida
The house was very clean and decorated to relax you on your stay every one enjoyed the pool and the maintenance of the property. Recommend this property as a perfect place to stay.

Fabulous Stay
This house was ideal for an extended family vacation. Plenty of space, large yard (plus pool!) and very communicative owner. The house was spotless and smelling fresh as soon as we walked in the door. Plenty of towels and bedding for the 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. Excellent A/C. Big kitchen. Huge master and bathroom. Great gathering place. The neighborhood is not super ideal but the house is the best one on the block. Attractive and very comfortable. The owner was great! I had responses within minutes to any questions. Minutes away from Publix. No more than 20 mins from Jacksonville International Airport. We all had a great time and really appreciate having this wonderful house as home base while in Jacksonville.
