Spend a little time relaxing among the beautiful surroundings of Rustic Inn. Easy to get to right off main road just before the business of the city. Rustic Inn is close enough to walk city but free convenient shuttle is available throughout the day. Take a morning walk around the nature path and listen to the birds chirp while resting in the comfortable red Adirondack chairs scattered throughout. The bubbling brook runs along the scenic cabins giving a picturesque setting. A complimentary buffet style breakfast is available upstairs above the restaurant. Generous amount of scrambled eggs, potatoes, meats, breads , fruits and cereal for your choosing. Rooms are comfortable and large, no disappointment here. Large queen size beds with fluffy pillows. Bathroom area separate from shower area making convenient for getting ready. Direct TV channels on TV. Coffee station in room with Starbucks kcups. Hairdryer and clothes steamer in rooms. Rustic inn provides cozy bath robes in each room that ups the charm of this fantastic facility. Staff is friendly and plentiful. No shortage on service ready personnel. If you are looking for a relaxing and scenic stay this is a must.

The Rustic Inn Creekside Resort and Spa was a fantastic place for my husband and I to celebrate our first anniversary. Checking in was very easy. When we walked into the lobby, we were greeted immediately and checked in. We were given a very thorough rundown of everything we needed to know, from where everything is to the times for breakfast in the morning. Our room was lovely. We did not pay for a Creekside cabin, but we still got amazing views of the creek and nature walk from the porch of our cabin. It felt like we had been upgraded and I was there for it. They gave us a card and some chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary. I loved that little touch! I'm just mad at myself for putting the strawberries in the refrigerator to have later and completely forgetting about them. Sadness!!! Our room was very clean and spacious. It smelled nice as well. The bathroom was great, with plenty of hot water. We had an issue with our toilet but it was fixed within an hour of us going to the front desk. The only downside I really had was the three small uncovered windows on the wall facing away from the bed. The views out of them were lovely, but the sun shining through while sleeping wasn't very pleasant. I can't imagine what summer must be like. I wish there was a way to cover them. The amenities here were fantastic, even during the off season. We loved the breakfast. We really appreciated how they did try to change items up and that there was an omelet station during the week. The people working the breakfast were so friendly and hospitable. The hot tub and sauna are amazing places to sit and relax after a day of walking. The nature walk is a true nature walk. Not only did we see some of the mule deer that hang around town but we saw a family of otters one morning. Amazing!!! The location looks a bit far from town but it's an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. There are some places near the hotel for a quick bite and to get some supplies as well. Overall, if coming back to Jackson, I'd stay here again. I'd like to see what summers are like.

I just returned from a totally memorable stay at the wonderful Rustic Inn - Jackson Hole, WY. The place is a perfect getaway, with lovely, clean, comfortable rooms, free shuttle to the local areas you want to see and dine at, a friendly and accommodating front desk staff - all at a scenic and convenience location. I can't recommend this place more highly. Special mention to two women who went above and beyond to help all customers and are the most welcoming front desk staff: DANIA and FATIMA. Two of the shuttle drivers need to be complimented also: KEVIN and MARIO - terrific polite guys who were efficient and congenial every day of my week there. If you're getting away to the Jackson area - treat yourself to this exceptional hotel that makes everyone feel like valued family members.

Jesse Potzernitz should be terminated immediately. He is ruining this resort with his horrendous management I come out from California to stay at the Rustic Inn at least once or twice every year with my elderly father or mother (both 84 years old). We love staying here and look forward to it every time. I have been in customer service for over twenty years and felt that a couple of things needed to be brought to attention. When checking in, I am usually greeted by a friendly smile and happy host. Unfortunately, this was not the case this trip. I asked the girl who was checking me in (she was wearing pigtails and had brown hair) if she could put my mom and I closer to the water, she explained to me that they were sold out and there were no available rooms. I was fine with staying in the room I booked and understood that she could not move us. We love all the cabins and rooms at the Rustic Inn. Not once was she friendly throughout the checking in process, nor did she even smile. As the first person to greet a guest, she failed on all levels and set the tone for the stay. I was SO disappointed in her attitude towards me and shocked at her lack of friendliness and professionalism. When we reached our room, my mom really wanted to take a bath-there are no baths in the cabins we were in. I called the front desk and the same girl picked up and told me all they had was a room facing the parking lot and then she went dead silent-to the point where I had to say "hello?" to make sure she had not hung up on me. Again, completely unprofessional and rude. The next day, as we were walking back to our cabin, I smelled cigarette smoke. I looked and saw two or three doors down that two guests were outside on their porch smoking cigarettes. I told them smoking was not allowed on the property and the woman called my 84 year old mother and I "F'ing b****es" and said there weren't any "no smoking" signs anywhere on the property. I went inside and immediately informed the front desk. When we checked out of the Rustic Inn, I received an email asking how my stay was. I replied honestly and received a very rude email back from the manager, Jesse Potzeritz. With as long as I have been in the customer service industry, I would never have dreamed I would receive not only one but two extremely poor and unprofessional emails from this manager. I have included the emails for you below. Really bummed about the service we received this time around and the manager, Jesse, only made it worse. Providing positive training and setting a good example starts at the top and trickles down to the staff. I think that Jesse has hurt your business and staff by providing a poor example for how to treat guests. I thought it was important for me to reach out to you and let you know what kind of treatment and experience my mom and I received on this trip-I believe this was my ninth time staying at the Rustic Inn. Jesse is a very poor asset to this company and so is the girl that handled my reser

Do not waste your money. The managers are unprofessional and will do nothing to accommodate you if you do not receive what you pay for. Last night the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Several of the guests called the front desk and no one answered. The fire department nor police department ever showed up. One of the guests finally had to reset the alarm. Also, there was no warm water to take a shower yesterday. Customer service is very low on the priority list at this resort. I will never stay here again. EVER!!!

Do not waste your money. The manager, Jessie will probably try and respond to this review blaming everyone except himself. Customer service is low on the priority list at this resort. We had nothing but problems here except for the young lady and young man who work in the office during the day. They were friendly at all times. On Dec. 29th the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Several guests tried to call the front desk but no one answered. After 15 minutes.. still no response from office staff, fire department, or police department. One guest finally reset the alarm after guests checked all floors in the building. The second day here we had no hot water. It was finally repaired after several hours. Our heat never shut off or worked properly. We woke up at 2:00 am on Dec. 30 with the thermostat reading 86 degrees. The repair guys came the next day and said it was repaired. It was not. We just had another fire alarm on Jan. 1st. A message went out stating that all was clear that a guest left the door open to the steam room. The management always puts the blame on anyone except themselves. Nothing but problems at this resort with the management being money hungry and non-accommodating. I’m sure several fire codes were broken when the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night.
