I paid the extra for a sitting area in my room, while that was nice the extremely small table and chairs for food or working was not adequate. I love the hotel, choose to stay there every time I'm in town, but it'd be nice to have a full work station when paying to upgrade rooms.

Was only able to stay for one night but absolutely loved this property! From the 7 outdoor fire pits to the hot tubs, heated pools and amazing outdoor spaces I didn’t want to leave. Definitely a 60’s camp vibe which I love ! The on-site saloon , burger joint and drive up liquor store was spot on. Would love to stay here again!

Don’t stay here!!! This properties rates are very high for what you get. I’ve seen better for cheaper. We expected more for $400 a night. The room didn’t even have a microwave. The fridge had no freezer section. The furniture was worn and old. The lighting was dim and poor. The cleaning staff was negligent and didn’t provide daily linen change unless requested. We didn’t get fresh coffee or cups each day. The coffee pot was ancient. The hallways were dim, carpet worn and filthy. Security door to building was left open all the time. Parking lot had trash all over. What a terrible place for $400 a night.

Very nice place, though overpriced, like everything in Jackson. And the basic room tidying doesn't even include making the bed unless you request it! No plastic cups or glasses to brush one's teeth. Great pool and Hot tub.

We were treated inferiorly, having purchased our room through Travelocity. We were given a handicap access room that had a view of an RV park. On request, we were transferred to another room. Staff was unfriendly and not helpful, stating we shouldn't have bought through a third party.

Decent mid-range property, though we went during high season so rooms were about $350/night. We thought there was a mistake when housekeeping came and our room still wasn't cleaned, but the front desk confirmed that providing new towels is the extent of their service (for a $5 tip they can't even make the bed, yeesh). Walls are very thin so we could hear other guests yelling, but it was pretty quiet by 11pm and we were up early every morning anyway. Most of the staff was friendly though one guy was a little odd (he seemed irritated when we asked for the smores kit at 6:52pm, because "it's not 7pm yet"). It's a bit of a walk into town (approx 15 mins) - not an issue for us but some might find that inconvenient, especially if it's raining. Rooms basic but clean, dimly lit, and the shower only had the half glass panel, leaving the floors soaked. Highlights: 24 hr coffee/tea in the lobby, free parking, hot tubs, fire pits, and evening smores. Not a luxury hotel, but a great affordable option if you're out & about all day anyway exploring the parks.
