BED BUGS RUN Horrible woke up with bites from BED BUGS they refused to return my money have pictures and video

This room appeared to be clean. But as I do my own cleaning for my own safety it was not it was fly infested and when I got up in the middle of the night to pee there were roaches

Dirty The upgrades could be good but the place was filthy. My white socks were so nasty walking on the floor they were trashed. I put down rugs on the floor just to walk from the bed to the bathroom. The floors were horribly sticky. The humidity in that room was so bad that everything was wet. I have never had my yeti sweat before this one. Definitely did the paper was wet the next morning the covers were wet. Would not recommend

Not very clean We killed about 15 flies in our room. Spots on the kitchen floor where someone had apparently spilled something.

Ugh, this place was the worst! Seriously, it was filthy. Bugs everywhere, a disgusting bathroom, and the towels were so gross. The AC smelled so bad I couldn't even use it, even though it was like, ninety degrees out. They had a kitchen, but no pots or pans or anything to cook with. And the Wi-Fi was super slow. The only good thing was the TV had a bunch of channels.

Ghetto with bad customer service The worst thing about this place was the smell of stale cigarette smoke. It looked as though they didn’t sweep or mop between guests. It was so bad, we booked a different location for the rest of our visit. We explained our concerns to the front desk and asked for our money back for one night. (This was a 3 night stay.) He simply said, “no.” There was no concern to remedy our issues.
