Cet hôtel historique est magnifique, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. La véranda fut un véritable coup de coeur, ainsi que la proximité des chutes Jackson pour aller se baigner. Nous avons soupé sur la véranda en regardant l’orage tombé sur la montagne, la qualité du souper était excellente. Nous y étions avec 2 jeunes enfants et elles ont très bien été accueillies.

Our family stumbled across this gem on our unplanned adventure. We love the charm and family feel here. My 13 year old son told me that he felt very safe here. The waterfalls down the road were amazing. My boys got in and cooled off since the pool was under construction. They had cookies in the lobby and s’mores out at the campfire that night. My husband and I enjoyed a cold beer in the rocking chairs on the porch. It was quiet.

I like the large farmers porch with the old style rocking chairs, You can have cocktails and enjoy the great view of the mountains.

This is a beautifully preserved older Inn. When you walk in, you feel like you've walked back in time. We enjoyed the town and relaxing in their lobby near he fireplace. They have two game rooms. Even though we stayed when the bar and restaurant were closed, we didn't have a problem finding other great local restaurants.

This is VERY unlike me to write a review however, it is very important for you to know that the condition of our room was unacceptable. Broken tiles on the bathroom floor that I almost tripped over, dirty carpet (stains and ground-in dirt/grime), very dusty. After observing the dust, I swept my hand across the top of the headboard - there was so much dust, dirt and grime that I wiped away. This is unacceptable. Also, we did not get the type of room that we requested. We wanted a rustic New England mountain getaway and I was crushed.
