i love how write when i walk in i smell LUXIOISY high quality **** and smoke. for some reason it was really welcoming and everyone was giving me a warm welcome smile and made sure they walked me to my room. don’t even get me started on the rooms. even though the shower has mold in it, the lighting was on point. the blood stains on the bed and curtains really added a splash of color and got me into the holiday spirit. our air condition either went on 80 or 57 which made it so cozy. the sheer curtains are very chic and add a nice touch. when i got back from dinner our door was already open for us therefore we did not even need our key. i’m conclusion the hotel lived up to the name. THIS IS NOT FAKE. WE WERE VICTIMES

I had a very pleasant stay at the quality inn jackson ms. Room was clean and comfortable. Mr. D. May front desk General manager was very friendly and making sure everything was in order. I will stay in there for a couple of days because of my company. I would have to say that it’s a horrible place to stay. The bathroom and the showers were so dirty that it was dark all over the shower floor in the shower. The toilet was clogged up. They never came to fix it. I had to use the restroom in the lobby. Overall experience was very horrible. I told my company to never book at this place ever again.

Checked into this hotel on way to room was accosted by a guy 4 rooms down with his door open selling ***** asking if i needed anything went to room and AC did not work , went back to front desk and told clerk about the guy selling ***** and he replied ohh yeah ... he said he would refund the charges but needed my room keys which i gave him its been 2 weeks nearly and still have not received a refund, so be warned and stay away from this DUMP of a Hotel.

We booked 2 queens for our family of 4. We arrived around 11.30pm. At checkin he asked if I need really two queens and I confirmed. I asked how many towels are in the room and I was told 2. I asked for more and they were out. Then I got two breakfast vouchers. I looked at him and he said 2 are free. If I want more I need to buy them. We went up to the room, the door was open, the light on and the beds were not made. We went down again and he asked how long we want to wait. He can try to call house keeping but he has no idea how long it takes. We asked for other options and he said we can try the Quality Inn. He has not charged our card and will not. This morning the charge showed up on my credit card and I disputed it.
