not bad

Nice and very helpful staff.

Service was great except they gave me a smaller room to what I bought for my first night. Located near Basmane station, restaurants and shops . Can experience Turkish lifestyle in the area. Breakfast was excellent. Room was always well cleaned and housekeeper was really friendly.

Primero, las fotos no corresponden, desayuno pobre, sin café, Wifi pésimo, televisión pequeña y control dañado, sin buena iluminación en el baño, toallas en mal estado, las tarjetas de las puertas hay que cargarlas.. no existe en el lobby Star para wifi con equipos.. no tiene la gentileza de llamar un taxi.. no lo hacen!! Este hotel no lo recomiendo..

Das Standardzimmer ist definitiv klein aber gut ausgestattet. Das Personal und Service ist hervorragend. Das Frühstück ist leider schlecht ausgefallen und nicht empfehlenswert.

The hotel staff are very nice however the hotel is a bit dated and carpet in the hallways have lots of stains.

This is a good hotel very close to the Baseme subway and train station. The water was hot and the bedsheets clean. There is even a pot to make tea in the room, along with a mini-refrigerator. The free buffet breakfast was good as well. Additionally, they do offer excursions to the main tourist sites out of town for a reasonable price. I would easily stay here again for the price offered.

Zu Anfang hatten wir Beanstandungen. Der sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiter hat uns aber sofort ein neues Zimmer gegeben. Es war ok, nur das Bad hatte einen zu hohen Einstieg. Lage ist super.Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll.

Birçok otelde kaldım. Hizmet, kalite ve fiyat açısından çok çok daha iyiydi, çalışan arkadaşlar güler yüzlü ve yardımcı oluyorlar.

Personale cordiale e simpatico, cura nella colazione, camere di varie tipologie e metrature.. Ottima posizione.. Lo consiglio.

地理環境不錯，出地鐵站走大概七八分鐘就到了，電梯是老式的需要手動開關門的，一次最多站三四人，可以體驗一下。房間中規中矩，該有的有，不擠，衞生也ok。早餐種類比較少，冷盤多，味道一般，關的時間比較早，我們坐下來還沒吃完，工作人員就已經開始把餐品撤下來了。作為去selcuk的中轉酒店，隨便住一晚是ok的，晚上可以打車去鐘樓和海邊吃個燭光晚餐喝杯小酒，第二天醒來從酒店走兩分鐘就到火車站了，去selcuk非常方便。

我有點緊張，因為飯店位於一條稍微昏暗的小巷裡，一開始尋找住宿的時候我有點迷失方向。 距離 Basmane Gar 非常近。
