早餐非常美味。房間也很新很乾淨。位置很棒，離海邊很近。前台也很親切、友善。非常感謝。

Otel Ilıca plajına yürüme mesafesinde. Kendi plajı da var ama iskele tarzında. Bence bu bile çok güzel bir artı. Biz sadece oda alarak konakladık. Bahçe katı oda tercih ettik. Odanın kapısı direk caddeye açılıyor bir yandan çok güzel evinize girip çıkıyor gibisiniz. Bir yandan biraz fazla ses olabiliyor. Oda genel olarak çok kullanışlı. Çok güzel dizayn edilmiş ve tertemiz. Her gün temizlik yapılıyor. Çamaşır teli bile düşünülmüş. Banyo çok kullanışlı. 4 yaşında çocuğumla birlikte çok rahat ettik. Hiç sorun yaşamadık. Konum olarak da çok güzel bir yerde. Alaçatı araba ile 10 dk. Çeşme merkez öyle. Birkaç koya çok rahat gittik. Çalışanlar ile çok iletişimimiz olmadı dediğim gibi tamamen herkesten bağımsız girip çıkıyorsunuz. Kubilay bey rezervasyon sürecinde çok yardımcı olmuştu. Yine olsa yine gideriz :)

I had the most amazing stay at this charming, newly opened hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the breathtaking private beach with its beautiful old-school umbrellas and sunbeds. The short walk to the beach pier was totally worth it as it provided a secluded and serene environment. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite throughout my stay, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The spacious and clean room provided a comfortable retreat after a day of fun in the sun. The breakfast served was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options to kickstart the day. And to top it off, the family-run restaurant nearby offered fantastic quality food at reasonable prices, making it a fantastic dining option. This hotel truly captures the essence of a perfect getaway with its private beach, attentive staff, and great amenities. I cannot wait to return for another memorable stay in the future!

The hotel was also overpriced considering its condition and lack of essential amenities. To make matters worse, breakfast didn't even include coffee, and if you wanted a cup, you had to pay an extra 60 TLR. There were instances where they ran out of milk for cappuccinos and butter for bread. Despite being a new hotel, construction work was still ongoing, resulting in constant noise and an unpleasant smell. However, the worst part of my stay was an encounter with a Turkish gentleman, possibly a manager or owner. He called me to the reception and spoke to me in a condescending manner as if I was staying at his home for free. He complained about my active child and a strawberry stain on the bed linen. It was absurd considering the amount I was paying ($100 a day) and the relatively low cost of replacing bed linen in Turkey. I couldn't help but compare his attitude to the fact that people probably leave all sorts of stains on beds in hotels, such as period blood or ***** stains. He scolded me, suggesting that I needed to be a better mother and take better care of my child. On top of all this, the electricity went off multiple times every day, there were no tables for eating or working, and I had to resort to using the wardrobe as a makeshift desk for my laptop. There is no elevator, so you cannot take a baby stroller to the second floor. The surrounding area of the hotel is in construction work, very uncomfortable to go in and out of the hotel. To make matters worse, the hotel's "private" beach was nothing more than a crowded area with sunbeds, falling short of my expectations. Overall, my experience at this hotel was disastrous due to the rude staff, lack of kid-friendly amenities, high prices, ongoing construction work, and various inconveniences.

Çok kaliteli bir işletme, güleryüzlü ve nazik bir çalışma ekipleri var. Kahvaltı organizasyonları çok iyi . Herhangi bir probleminiz olduğun da çok hızlı aksiyon alarak sizi asla mağdur etmiyorlar. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğimiz bir işletme. Herkeze gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.
