Beautiful hotel and even better staff. Currently at the ibis as I am having dental treatment in izmir, the hotel is beautiful, modern and clean. The shared spaces are lovely and comfortable and the restaurant is a great addition to the hotel. As for the staff they are so friendly and nothing is to much trouble, rooms are clean and cleaned everyday unless you don't want to be disturbed. The food at the restaurant and room service is excellent, good quality and very well priced. Overall I am so happy to recommend ibis, thank you to everyone for making my stay so great so far.

Hotel terribile. Ubicato dietro l'ospedale di Izmir, ricorda dall'esterno lo stesso ospedale. Corridoi bui che ricordavano il film horror Shining, camere datate e maltenute. Wifi non funzionante. Era l'ultima tappa di un tour della Turchia, fortunatamente ci siamo fermati solo per una notte. Assolutamente al di sotto di ogni aspettativa. Per colazione, dato che partivamo molto presto, ci è stato fornito lunch box contenente un panino vuoto con una lattina di fanta
