El hotel tiene una arquitectura interesante, muchos artesanías que ver y que comprar, el hotel está bien si solo te quedas una noche , cuarto sencillo pero cómodo , lo malo , en sus perfiles de redes dicen que tienen alberca lo cual en el hotel que está frente al parque no lo tiene , en la recepción la amabilidad es algo de lo que carecen

Un hôtel avec beaucoup de charme, à la décoration kitsh, au centre d'Izamal, étape parfaite pour découvrir ce superbe bourg. Les chambres s'ouvrent sur un patio et le petit déjeuner se prend dans le jardin. Accueil un peu impersonnel, c'est dommage.

We arrived and asked about the cafeteria/restaurant , the young lady on the front desk, had the one of the worst attitudes towards customer I have experience in my life. Later I asked about the entrance to the convent and she seem to be irritated been asked questions. The food was not anything special and from the other world. Her attitude totally turns off to book a room for one night and decide continuing to Merida.Besides this sour experience, we were totally disappointed with all the stands on the main square. It made the town to look dirty taking away the charming I experienced some years ago and all the pictures from books and marketing. The city and state governments must take action to remove those stands that look more like garbage collectors than selling stands.

Fantastic stay, peaceful & tranquil, in a great location across from a main park (around the corner from the bus station). Izamal, the yellow city, is the perfect backdrop for this gorgeous little hotel! Safe, clean, and comfortable, with an amazing decor & history. Breakfast is included in the cutest little courtyard. Staff was friendly & welcoming. This really is the most amazing city, far off the beaten track & calm & peaceful. We would totally return here if we found ourselves in this area of the Yucatan!

Really welcoming hotel, with a delightful, peaceful courtyard cafe next to a cooling pond. The staff went out of their way to help us. Central location between bus station and the convent. The shop has great, distinctive handmade souvenirs too.
