Bad: Some equipment did not work at arrival. Handyman did not come during weekend and we stay here without air conditioning for three days. Telephone did not work at all.
Good: Room is large enough for family, and location is very good.
I will stay again only if Hotel management improve their communication and customer services.

The welcome was fine. The apartment was clean and the kitchen well supplied. We only missed larger cups for tea. The building was in an renovation mode we could not use the balcony. This was not communicated withe us. After mentioned this matter it was compensated by the hotel. It would be fine if the facility of parking bicycles is mentioned on the site. The shower was great and the beds were good. We used the parking facility

Appartement extrêmement fonctionnel, très bien équipé, décoration soignée, propre, service très accueillant et agréable. Bien placé pour visiter BXL. Centre de fitness avec pas mal d’équipements, possibilité de parking avec un supplément. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour !

Stayed here for a long weekend with a couple of friends and it was excellent. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious, in a great location in easy walking distance of the city centre and easy public transport access. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was under construction and got worse everyday. First scaffolding and men outside our windows, then tarps covering the outside and then the doors/windows were taped shut with no air conditioning. It was like being in a closet with no air.

Très propre et sécuritaire. C'est spacieux! Situé presque en face de la gare ce qui est un plus pour prendre le train. Par contre le métro Trone est à moins de10 minutes de marche. Le personnel est très aimable.

Un peu déçu
Hôtel bien situé et personnel sympathique. Mais il n’y a pas de service de chambre pendant le séjour pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. C’est étonnant.
Il n’y a pas l’accès direct à la piscine. Il faut sortir de l’immeuble pour utiliser la piscine appartenant à la salle de sport.

Service compétent et tres réactif, beaucoup de conseils prodigués volontiers à l’accueil (infos sur le quartier, recherches diverses,…). Appartements tres bien équipés (four moderne et efficace, télé grand écran, internet compris, plaques de cuisson, frigo, grille pain, lave vaisselle…) Je recommande vivement Residence Thon parnasse Hôtel 8 rue d’Idalie idéalement situé, calme, management au top, accomodant et souriant, aucun soucis… très professionnel et toujours pret à aider, bravo! Fab et Sj
