The house is located very close to the European Parliament and the Museum of Natural Sciences. The apartment has just been completely renovated and comfortably furnished. It is located 200 meters from the 'trendy' square in Luxembourg and 300 meters from the Place Jourdan where there are many activities and restaurants, supermarkets and small local shops open at night. Very important communications node. Possibility of adding an additional bedroom in the basement (typically Brussels), just adjacent to the apartment and where can comfortably accommodate 2 additional people, with cable TV, separate individual WC and double bed. (See photos of the basement on the site). The additional room is optional (30 € / night) but compulsory for groups of more than 7 people. Payable in cash upon arrival. The price decreases according to the duration of the accommodation and the price is planned for 2 people, supplement of 15 € / night per additional person. It can perfectly suit a group of friends, large families (possibilities to accommodate 8 to 9 people) wishing to meet for exceptional events or to visit Belgium, a group working with the nearby European institutions. Also ideal for expatriate families (special prices on request) looking for long-term accommodation for installation. We could also gladly help you in this process given our knowledge of Brussels). Arrival possible after 10 p.m. but supplement of 30 Euros. We have two parking spaces 180 meters from the house that we rent each with an additional € 10/24 hours if necessary.
