馬尼費斯特精品飯店(Manifest Boutique Hotel)

Séjours de 3 nuits, c'était juste parfait. Hôtel très soigné, personnel très aimables et serviable. Accueil avec un jus, en plus, dans la chambre une bouteille de vin et un plateau de produits locaux et un autre avec des fruits. Le personnel à vraiment pris bon soins de nous, au service du petit déjeuner, à la piscine, au restaurant, à la réception et le service de chambre. Idéalement situé, il offre une magnifique vue sur les montagne et la baie et le village Néo Oytilo. Piscine très agréable avec une vue époustouflante. Le Guest House et juste magnifique, extrement spacieux sur deux étages, très bien équipé avec goût et dans un style épuré et moderne.

Les œufs du petit dej n’ont aucun goût. Globalement la cuisine doit être améliorée pour ce standing d hôtel.

First and foremost, the rooms at Manifest Boutique Hotel are simply stunning. Spacious, elegantly decorated, and impeccably designed, they provide the perfect blend of comfort and style. The attention to detail in the furnishings and decor truly elevates the experience, making each room feel like a sanctuary of relaxation. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from my room. Whether it was the glittering city skyline or the serene beauty of nature, every glimpse outside my window was nothing short of mesmerizing. It added an extra layer of magic to my stay, making me feel truly connected to my surroundings. The service at Manifest Boutique Hotel was also exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met, from arranging transportation to offering recommendations for local attractions. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly made me feel like a valued guest.

Manifest is located very beautiful with a stunning view of Itilo Bay. Lovely pool area with lots of comfortable sunbeds, chairs and lounge areas. Great Parking for Cars. We had a very spacey room next to the pool (Room 210) great bed, and lovely bathroom products. The room however did miss things like glass for Wine/Drinks, plates etc. But did have Nespresso capsules. The bar we helpful with the requested glass. All that having said, Manifest did not have a connection to the guests as we have experienced other places. Very little awareness. The Pool area could easily be used as a late afternoon lounge with Music and Vibe, but the staff seemed more focused on their mobiles than creating a “boutique” Vibe. We had one dinner in the hotel, which we close to being a disaster. Probably due to the team was a bit unexperienced. Wine was served very late, starter and main was served back to back, so we had ask them to bring to send it back so we could have a break between the courses. We heard/saw others were their mains were foegotten as well. Deffinately room for improvement… The breakfast had a great selection, but you would have to ask for getting the different types eggs, instead of they were asking us ? No fresh juice and only carton juice. And we were charged for a “Fredo” coffee without being informed about add on price to the breakfast. Lunch salads were great but their pizza’s were bake-off. The whole hospitality part could be improved. And we disagree calling this a “boutique” hotel which for us is equal to relaxing, awareness etc. At one time there were at least eight very noiseful kids in the pool….

The hotel is amongst the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at so far. There are a lot of hotels in the area that are in the stone house style, yet Manifest with the perfect blend of modern and traditional design sticks out. Every corner of that hotel is worth taking a picture of. The hotel is being maintained incredibly well with thorough cleaning and staff being incredibly nice and proactive if they see you struggling with something, even if you just want to move your umbrella to stay in the shades. Both hotel and restaurant are having higher prices compared to the surrounding, yet are worth every Cent. If you are craving traditional Greek cuisine or fresh fish, there are some restaurants just outside of the hotel with a 2 minute car ride which are excellent. The hotel is located on the hill out of town so perfect to relax. If you are craving a lively environment, Aeropoli is just a 15 minute car ride away with a lot of very nice restaurants and bars, so also worth to spend your time there. If we happen to be in Mali again, we will definitely stay at Manifest again.

This hotel is a pure example of the approach, I will charge the customer as much as I can, although I will provide an average amateur’s quality of service. The room cost was app. 500€ per day with full prepayment. First day at the breakfast, the polite waitress approached us and right after saying good morning , she informed us that the cold coffees cost extra 3,5€ , but we could prepare our coffee ourselves in the espresso machine ! Really funny when you pay that kind money for a room and they believe it’s ok ti prepare your own coffee . All 5star hotels provide any type of coffee, any amount of coffee per person for free. So, the approach I will get any money I can get from the customer , is really not appreciated especially when they exaggerated exploiting the increase of the cost. Also, the fact that they tried to minimize any possible cost was evident. No refill at the bathroom amenities , unless you asked . No change of the towels unless you asked , claiming that it is an environmental action. These actions do not correspond to a 5star hotel nor to the daily rate of 500€ even for a nice and spacious room , in Mani though. Also, no lifeguard at the pool , no special policy at the pool area, allowing the children to dive all the time into the pool with zero surveillance. All the water was outside the pool and I didn’t see even one person to pass by and check the situation or to clean the slippery floor. It’s an “easy come” situation which clearly has its momentum this year, but with this kind of approach and mindset , it will not go too far … Overall , the structure and the managerial approach should be amended if the hotel wants to be a value for money to its customers .

This was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Firstly, we got upgraded to a bigger junior suite at no extra cost. This was greatly appreciated by us, being four in our family. The check in was smooth, the staff very friendly, welcoming and informative. Location was stunning, up the hill, with a wonderful view over the bay. Near restaurants and other villages that could easily be reached by car. The pool area was perfect, lots of sun beds/“bean bags” and the bar had a great variety of homemade lemonades, drinks and food. The room was nicely decorated and super clean. The balcony had a sea view, and was nice to use after a day spent by the sea or pool. The hotel also offered spa services, unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to get a treatment, so no reviews on that part is possible. The breakfast was served inside and outside, a buffet for the cold stuff and the warm dishes, like scrambled eggs, porridge etc, was ordered from the staff. Tasted delicious! Everyone we interacted with was very nice and polite. It was a great experience and we would love to come back!

Absolutely beautiful resort! The staff was extremely professional and very welcoming and accommodating from the moment we checked in to the very end of our stay. We stayed in the Family suite with our two kids and the space was perfect! Highly recommend for families with young kids. Pool was great and outdoor bar very convenient. Great bars and restaurants just a few minutes away by car. Definitely need a car to get around comfortably.
