"An average stay, nothing special. Complimentary desserts for children were offered upon entry. The view from the window was of a forest. The hotel is rather old, the rooms are slightly larger, and there's a small living room. However, the sofa smelled unpleasant; I'm not sure if it was from animal urine stains or the odor. I didn't dare lie down on the sofa."

"This was a long planned trip for 3 friends celebrating a milestone birthday. We loved the authentic vintage feel of the place. Very helpful and friendly staff. Delicious coffee and comfy rooms. Loved the outdoor fire pits and some rooms had a nice portable record player and a variety of vintage records to play. As an avid birder the marshland, forests and well kept trails out back were a real treat! Highly recommend."
