房間：很小，行李箱放下，沒什麼地方走路了 水壓很大，洗完很舒服 衞生：要叫才搞，搞得很乾凈，那個阿姨笑容特別好，還幫忙疊衣服 服務：一般，住了7天，衹送了2次水果 早餐：菜式很少，不適合中國人，沒米飯，吃不飽 優點：離所有景點都很近，出行非常便利 各位同胞：來這裏一定要下載Uber，司機都叫加價，要不等一個小時，都打不開了車 能走路就別打車，2公里都要幾十元車費 被土耳其司機騙很多錢 吃飯先問價格，被騙了幾千元 每天上一當，噹噹不一樣

肯定我在這裏訂的最好的酒店之一,不能給滿分5-rating的原因是無邊泳池邊上有很多鳥的**** 否則,房間、餐廳、游泳池服務、前台和禮賓部都在頂級。延遲退房被微笑批准。 唯一令人困擾的是:我要求一個安靜的房間,但有一個靠近酒店的網球場和一個重建場地。

酒店本來就是個博物館，有近百年歷史，不少房間都標着曾經哪一位名人入住，阿加莎住的是411號房（^^）有一部老電梯，據説是全世界第二泰電梯，現在還在用。床很舒服，房間也很大，躺上去就像陷進去一樣。美中不足的是，入住當晚一樓大廳正在舉辦婚宴，即便是關了門還是有DJ的聲音傳進來，不過12點的時候停止了，還是可以接受的。

房間很乾凈 獨立大街很近 幾步路就到了 附近很多餐廳 和購物的地方 總體很便捷 下次還會來這裏 相比老城區會好很多 早飯也很好吃

萬達管理的飯店，硬件設施一如既往的無可挑剔。 房卡很有意思，極有特色，是二十四節氣的，現在拿到了冬至的房卡，應該是根據時間而決定。 飯店前台沒有中文服務，希望全面的中文服務這一點不要想了。 伊斯坦堡打的士需要特別注意，不誇張的説：幾乎所有的的士都會有或多或少的欺詐行為，需要特別留意，面對伊斯坦堡的的士司機必須打表，同時保持強硬。

酒店環境和衛生狀況都不錯，房間很大，酒店不提供早餐；酒店位置也很好，周圍很多地方可以逛。停車非常不方便，聽前台安排停到附近的收費停車場，前台說200-300一晚上，實際收了500里拉一晚上；另外門口石子路拖行李箱也非常不方便。

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel for a business trip along with my wife. I found the hotel very neat and clean, located not more than 5 minutes to Taqsim Sq. Staff were so polite and friendly, trying to resolve our issues all the the time. The hotel will be much better if the offer the breakfast in future; but, they are very good when comparing the other hotel prices.

I arrived at 2 a.m. The Arabic speaking night receptionist was very welcoming at first. He charged me $40 and it was a decent price. I paid him $100 while he promised to return $60 in the morning. As I asked him to give me back my $60 in the morning while checking out, he took me to a nearby currency exchange store and he gave me back a damaged $100 and he insisted that that’s the one I gave him - he said that I gave him “fake money”. I’ve given him a brand new $100 bill and was very aware of that -because on every international travel, I make sure to take new bills to avoid any issues. I called the police and they kindly showed up to assist but the owner kept insisting, and he didn’t agree to review the footage from CCTV. I missed my flight because of them and he even insisted to pay him extra $40. This place is a huge scam! Beware. I traveled all the three continents and I never ever faced this situation before. I’m filing a lawsuit against the hotel soon using a Turkish law firm just for the sake of making people more aware of the fake owner and workers.

優點： 酒店地理位置好，直麪博斯普魯斯海峽，下山過街便是新皇宮 酒店服務佳，安保完善，出租車進酒店需要檢查後備箱，入大堂需再次安檢。 房間空間足夠大，景觀好，隔音強，基本軟件硬件完美 健身房器械齊全，泳池水質很好 不足： 早餐相比於五星級品質酒店本身，略缺乏多樣性，食物並不讓人覺得美味，以冷盤、沙拉居多，不過這是整個土耳其酒店的共性 由於酒店的定位，必然相對旅遊熱點區域以及城市中心區域較遠，出行主要靠打車，步行需走過一個坡度很大的下山路，離公共交通站點較遠。

距離機場十幾分鍾車程，在一個小鎮樣子的地方，是一羣年輕人在運營，態度很好，親自指路怎麼去餐館和超市，房間寬敞乾淨，設施齊備，床也很舒服，第二天幫我們叫了去機場的出租車，如果需要短期中轉，去住一晚休息挺好的。
