大巴良飯店和餐廳(Grand Balyan Hotel & Restaurant)

La stanza aveva la finestra che affaccia su un cavedio con un muro a 30 cm. Al terzo piano di notte i ratti corrono nel contro soffitto della stanza. Le pulizie vengono effettuate solo su richiesta. Quasi tutto il personale non parla inglese, alla reception non salutano. Simpatico il personale che serve la colazione. Buono il prezzo e la location vicina al centro, ma la struttura pessima, soprattutto la vendita di stanze senza specificare che non hanno finestra.

Pessima esperienza: stanze con finestra "murata". Ad eccezione di 3/4 camere doppie che affacciano sulla strada e che hanno le finestre, le altre "economy" affacciano sul muro, le camere "standard" hanno il muro a un metro. Molto negativo il fatto di non dichiararlo sui siti di prenotazione. Dispiace molto. Uniche note positive: la disponibilità del personale e la vicinanza al centro.

We paid a lot of money to have the best room in this hotel with no amneties that work (hair dryer, shower etcc). The room in 3nights was never cleaned or neither the bed done. The only positive thing of the hotel is the terrace and the balcony of our room. The hotel is far from the bus or metro. I have to say that everybody is very friendly but you should call this place a guesthouse not a hotel.

Warning for this hotel, I booked a one week stay when my booking was coming up I got a message from the hotel saying they are renovating and have to cancel my booking. as soon as I canceled they listed the room as available but with a price that was 6 times more expensive. a greedy hotel.

This hotel is a literally for theft. We arrived and there was no electricity. We booked a double room and then found out they the room has no windows. Above all we told them we have to shorten our stay but they would not give us money. I communicated with the website I booked through and the thief of Grand Balyan Hotel lied to *********** and told them we did not show up, to which the website which by the way has collaborated with the hotel did not send us the link to review the hotel.

We had a bad experience here from the start, our room was tiny, windowless and the bathroom smelt like drains and damp. It was a very noisy stay. The free breakfast is poor quality compared to cafes outside of the hotel and staff were grumpy and generally unhelpful. After the first night we went to complain and the guy on reception cancelled our stay so I couldn't review it or get a refund. This hotel clearly pay for their false reviews on *********** as the hotel is not at all as described!

This place shouldn’t be called hotel . Is more likely hostel . Based in the manufacturing area , very dirty and busy . No cleaning room 7 days , end up with 5 bags of rubbish in the small room . No beds changed and towels either . When complaining to the receptionist we don’t have a fresh towels , toilet paper and toiletries I got one torn towel. Breakfast very poor , not served hot . If you come 8.20am , you don’t have all choices as is first come , first served. Dust and dirt build up in the room and rust in the toilet . For that price I don’t expect fireworks but basic hygiene level is far away here to achieve when even sanitary bin in the toilet was not changed 7 days !!!! Please avoid if you want to really enjoy your time in Istanbul!

This hotel does not meet the rating in Booking 8.3. In the room where we were accommodated, there was no hot water and no pressure for us to use the bathroom, for which the hosts were informed, but nothing changed. The beds creaked and pieces of the base were missing. The toiletries were half used, obviously used. Access to the hotel by car is impossible, because it is located near a market and traffic is restricted from 10:00 to 18:00. We asked for a refund for 2 nights, which we paid in advance, but we were categorically refused. Our reservation in Booking was canceled by the hosts and we were blocked so that I could not leave a review and write a message to them. We were extremely disappointed!!!

Lovely room and shower, heating and air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was also fantastic, big selection of meat and cheeses with a fantastic view of the city. I have to say also the customer service was fantastic, with the front receptionist being a warm, friendly face
