très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, personnel sympa surtout Ahmed qui parle français et nous a beaucoup aidé pour les transports et les visites et répondait à toutes demandes, disponible, merci! Hôtel proche de tout, tram, sites, grand bazar, change, restaus...

È la prima volta che trovo tantissime recensioni positive false, pure su Booking veniva descritto benissimo, la posizione è realmente ottima,abbastanza centrale anche se in un vicoletto stretto con palazzi vecchi, vicina ai mezzi di trasporto ha una stanza piccola con un letto discreto, un tavolo con 2 sedie ed un angolo cucina minimale, il bagno sembra nuovo ma con la cabina doccia rotta ed il water che scaricava in continuazione da dove usciva un odore sgradevole...la pulizia della stanza era pessima polvere ovunque, bollitore rotto e arrugginito internamente, durante il soggiorno nessuno si è degnato di pulire la camera, veniva cambiata la biancheria da bagno ma era sempre macchiata e bucata, stessa cosa le lenzuola piene di buchi e macchie...La colazione fatta in una veranda dove c'era polvere sui piccoli elettrodomestici alcuni rotti come il tostapane arrugginito e sporco, era quasi inesistente e di qualità scarsissima, su 5 giorni abbiamo fatto colazione solo 2 giorni prendendo solo del latte e un pezzetto di torta per non mortificare il personale che la preparava e stiamo stati male con lo stomaco..il personale è stato sempre cortese ma senza un minimo di pulizia è impossibile consigliarlo solo per la posizione

It was a great experience at this hotel You feel like you are at your home. The hotel is located in the city center near the tourist attractions, Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia and Sultan Ahmed. A very clean hotel with daily room cleaning service. The receptionist was friendly and helpful serving, breakfast was good , variety of delicious food ، I recommend visiting it

I’m really contemplating how not to give a negative review but I’m really disappointed at this hotel. I wish there is a negative because for the first time in all my travels, I have been treated very badly by a hotel staff. His name is Hakkan and I wish he knows how to treat clients better. I don’t mind paying even if the facilities and services are very poor because that’s your business, but next time talk to your clients better. Our last 2 nights were spent in a very tiny room which was newly painted, we had to bear the smell. The bathroom has a poor drainage so it flooded when I took a shower. All those inconveniences I never complained but Hakkan had the audacity to complain when I brought my friend on my last night as I needed help with my luggage. Unbelievable behavior. I felt so bad for my friend and for myself as he was raising his voice on me, not the best way to treat a client. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fake pictures online, they don’t match when you get to the hotel, I feel I was scammed just like all other negative reviews said, save your money and look for better place. We stat in a lot of hotels worldwide never been treated bad hotel smell like smoke everywhere dirty. We couldn’t even stay one day. They wouldn’t cxl or refund our money even though we didn’t stay single day. They could’ve just charged only one day as penalty and refund remaining days. Not great business that money is not good to keep owner of the hotel hope you read this. Should take peoples money when they didn’t stay at your hotel, because your product wasn’t what you advertise on line.

The room did not match the description at all. It was dirty, ice cold in the room, no water in the room. Could not lock our bedroom so we had to put our bag at the door so we could sleep. Poor service there was no elevator just stairs we had to carry our bags ourselves. We wanted to change rooms but they did not want to change rooms for us.

worst hotel i have been to. heard so good about it but when i went there i thought it was another hotel. worst place I swear do not recommend to anyone. we stayed one day but had booked for 9 days then i booked the day after a better hotel. Cold in the room poor poor service and disgusting terrace
