El Hotel como dicen muchos comentarios, no es un tres estrellas como lo concebimos aquí en España. En cuanto a las cosas positivas, destacaría la amabilidad de los empleados del Hotel así como el hecho de que esté abierto las 24 horas del día y dispongan de un número de WhatsApp para atenderte o que haya una tetera en el área común. En cuanto a aspectos negativos, destacaría por encima de todo, que cuando vi las fotos de las habitaciones me parecieron muy modernas, limpias, luminosas y me pareció que el precio era bastante bueno para lo que ofrecían. Sin embargo, al llegar, nos pusieron la habitación de la primera planta por la que apenas llegaba la luz y en la que se escuchaba la recepción. Destacaría: - el desayuno: no hay tan siquiera un tostador y hay cosas que entiendo son típicas de Turquía pero si estás acostumbrado a desayunar como en España se te harán raras (perejil, lechuga, aceitunas) aunque también hay fruta, queso, café, te… - la ducha: la presión del agua y la temperatura -la poca luminosidad d ela habitación - se encuentra en un lugar un poco apartado del centro ( hay que subir una cuesta de aproximadamente 1 km) que por la noche está oscura y sin gente -la limpieza del plato de ducha a la llegada Por tanto, si no te importa tener que caminar un poco hasta llegar al Hotel, que las habitaciones puedan diferir un poco de las fotografías y que la calidad sea un poco inferior lo recomendaría

We planned to spend a week in Istanbul with the whole family and booked two rooms (family and standart), but unfortunately we have to cancel our reservation at Castillo Rojo Istanbul. When you enter the hotel, you understand that there is the only one kind of description for its condition - “Decline and Fall". Maybe it used to be a small boutique hotel, but now it's definitely not 4 stars and not even 3. There are several reasons for this: - the hotel does not correspond to the declared 3 stars; - the rooms are in terrible condition - the furniture needs to be replaced, the walls and furniture are stained from the spilled liquid; - dust (almost everywhere - on walls, furniture, floor, doors); - the smell of mould in the bathroom (my wife and I are allergic to mould); - the smell of tobacco from the ventilation (i.e. someone smokes either in the rooms or in the hotel in general); - water problems in the bathroom (very weak pressure, the water temperature is constantly jumping); – the bread at breakfast looked far from fresh, the general condition of the terrace is more like a cheap street food with bad food (with all respect for street food); – bad Wi-Fi signal (and after midnight it turns off at all). The only positive thing is the very friendly staff who try to do everything in their power to smooth out the experience of the hotel. When we said that we wanted to leave the hotel, the hotel manager at the reception was not even surprised by that.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel per 4 notti. A causa di un ritardo dell’aereo siamo arrivati per il check-in 3 ore dopo l’orario previsto ma alla reception sono stati molto disponibile e gentili. Rispondono velocemente tramite messaggio. Le camere sono pulite e accoglienti, ideali per passare qualche giorno in città. La posizione è comoda, circa 10 min a piedi dalla moschea Blu e di S. Sofia. Vicino all’hotel ci sono anche dei ristoranti. La colazione salata è molto abbondante e vicino all’ascensore sono disponibili acqua the e caffè ad ogni ora. Particolarmente gentile Soner alla reception, ci ha consigliato nel momento del bisogno e per il viaggio di rientro ci ha fatto preparare dei panini da asporto. Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel per chi vuole qualcosa di economico ed allo stesso tempo pulito e confortevole.

This is not a 4 star hotel. The location was close to lots of restaurants. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful.. The double room was so small we had no where to put our luggage, when we slept we had to pile it up in the front of the door. When we arrived the bed was made up with one sheet that didn’t fit the bed and one grey cotton blanket and two hard pillows. Definitely no 4 star luxury. The next day when we returned to the room the two grey towels rolled up on the end of the bed were still wet. If you are looking for a cheap hotel this one is great if you are looking for 4 star luxury don’t stay here.

We expected a larger room. Obviously the picture on ******* are deceptive. The matress needed to changed for it wasn’t comfortable. The furniture is old and used. The receptionist would advise to eat at his friends’ restaurants. Don’t listen to him.

Самый ужасный отель в котором я была! Цена не соответствует действительности от слова совсем, как по мне так ближе к хостелу! Дали номер по ощущениям для персонала, крошечная комната, где не развернуться, стены грязные, мебель потрепанная, страшно прикасаться, полотенца не белые а уже серо-желтые. Впечатление сразу было испорчено. Не советую отель, если не хотите разочароваться в поездке. Мы ушли в другой отель, по за ту же цену, но в миллион раз лучше. Здесь к сожалению потеряли деньги, за что очень обидно, купили кота в мешке. В дополнении к вышеперечисленным «плюсам» слышимость в номере просто пугала, ощущение, что ты просто в коридоре живешь, все голоса, сливы канализации будто у тебя в комнате, шарахаешься от звуков, как будто кто-то ломится к тебе в номер. This hotel is in the historical part of town and 1 minute walk to lots of restaurants near by. Staff was extremely helpful and kind, Especially Adam. Prior to arrival he helped me reserving a second room and airport pick up. This spot is great for solo travelers too. Very clean, busy at night, Highly recommend!
