Terribile con odore cattivo misto muffa fumo..non ho soggiornato lì perché impossibile dormire, ho chiesto il rimborso ma dubito mi ridiano i soldi!!!

Отель находится в 15 минутах ходьбы от метро, автобусная остановка в 2-х минутах от отеля. Персонал очень вежливый и готов помочь во всем. Номер небольшой но все необходимое есть. Полотенца меняют ежедневно. За такую цену отличный вариант.

酒店很簡單。這裡很乾淨，每天都會打掃。員工和老闆都非常友善和友善。位置中立，前門前就有一個巴士站，但您必須步行不到 1 公里才能到達電車站。住一晚還算可以，但是房間實在太小了。早餐還可以，但不過量。屋頂露台的景色很好，但目前沒有服務。

The location is nice, it is pretty close to Bosfor and to the historical part of the city. My room was super-tiny actually :) breakfast is not splendid but ok

They’re nice. Room was clean. But there wasn’t much to eat for breakfast :(

Good Hotel

仕事でヨーロッパに行った際のストップオーバーで3泊しました。 お値段も安く旧市街を徒歩でまわれます。日当たりよく快適なお部屋でした。 言わないとベッドメイクはやってくれませんので必要ならお願いしましょう。 ホテル前の大通りにはたくさんバスが通ってて空港へも一度の乗り換えで行くことができました。 お水、お湯が完備されてて、チャイの国なだけあり、便利でした。次回もまたここに泊まりたい。

Very bad and I stuck in the reservation. I booked for the next 4 days from 1st to 5th January but apparently I can not leave the hotel. They will not refund and I am not feeling safe here. I think you are doing a very bad business and locate very bad hotels and giving hi rate for them to cheat the people. Please. I want to leave the hotel today, cancel my reservation and be refunded. You as aHotel-com, you do not answer too.. Please I need a solution.

Staying here now, Me and My Friend .Great service on Reception, Friendly and helpful. The breakfast is homemade and tasty. Good location and great view from terrace. Rooms are clean and provide all you need. The only issue is the steep hill to climb when you are coming back from a day of sightseeing. Book this hotel, you won't be dissapointed.

¡Excelente personal que atiende el hotel! El úniconproblema es que solo.pusieron agua el primer día y le falta un poco mas a la limpieza que hacen al cuarto. Yo regrese al hotel biter sobre todo por las personas que lo dirijen que son muy serviciales. ¡Gracias!

The staff are very friendly and helpful, give information/advice when asked and arrange airport transfer to suit your needs. Alhough the rooms are cleaned daily, that doesn't seem to include dusting, sweeping or mopping. They only serve breakfast, which is adequate and typically Turkish, though minimally varied.

Le personnel génial. Bonne localisation. Chambres spacieuses confortables avec frigo. Très belle vue. Parking gratuit. En revanche, aucun volets donc jour extrêmement tôt. Extrêmement bruyant, nous avons l’impression d’avoir planter la chambre sur le boulevard. Pas de ménage, lits juste fait sauf le dimanche. Petit déjeuner peut être amélioré. Comment est-ce possible dans cette ville de proposer du café et du jus soluble? Le thé mauvais et du lait qui était périmé.

Für den Preis angemessene Unterkunft. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We had a really good stay at biter hotel The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early or late. The staff at this property are all great!
