住宿方回覆: Dear guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.Just to clarify a few things: We are a hostel not a hotel. We don’t have “king rooms” at our property — we offer double rooms, and all are clearly described with details about whether they include ensuite bathrooms or shared facilities. This information is visible before booking.Our morning snack items, including the bread, are purchased fresh daily. Taste is of course subjective, but freshness is something we take seriously.We do provide 24-hour hot water. Like in most systems, it may take a few seconds to reach the tap — which is perfectly normal.Regarding the elevator, unfortunately it was out of order for a few days due to a part that was not immediately available. We completely understand the inconvenience, and we did our best to help by assisting guests with luggage throughout the period. (Elevator fixed and perfectly fine atm)Our **hostel** is designed for budget-conscious travelers, and we always do our best to provide good value and comfort.We truly wish you the best of luck in finding a place with 5-star luxury at our budget prices.
