Unfortunately a disappointment regarding the hygiene of the room. Shower drain that has been open for 3 days to kettle that looks disgusting on the inside. I went into ignore mode instead of complaining because a holiday needs a positive mindset. Tip to hotel: guests do not want to be bothered with complaining about shortcomings, but expect that a hotel has already achieved this by letting a guest experience all the comfort and hygiene. Especially a 5 star hotel, because you don't just get those.
