接近完美！ 房間寬敞，大床值得稱讚，不僅床墊舒適，而且兩人不會互相影響。唯一微瑕就是一次性shower cap實在太薄、很容易損壞。 謝謝每天仔細打掃衞生！ 早餐很棒，健康豐富。當應邀填完客户問卷後，居然第二天早晨就按喜好添加了一份魚而且送到桌上，這在其他酒店極少會有。 周邊餐館不多，建議酒店除了日式餐廳以外，再添加1-2家餐廳用於晚餐。 感謝酒店每一位員工，讓我們再次愛上伊斯坦堡。

落地第一天入住的酒店，因為轉機一晚上沒怎麼睡好，所以到了酒店直接休息了。酒店離博斯普魯斯海峽很近 房間陽台就能看到，房間衞生還有提升空間（比如陽台門的門縫），第一間有些衞生間的反味。服務員非常重視，立馬換房並升級了房型。整體上都還不錯！

物超所值。硬件設施沒有問題，達得到這個級別酒店的標準。服務員態度好情商高英語普遍也很好。問詢我們是來結婚的還準備了蛋糕。國內代理訂房的話注意床數量。第一晚訂成雙人床了，第二天幫我們挪運行李到了大床房。

房間不錯位置也好，靠近博斯普魯斯海峽，但就是周邊沒有小館子可以吃東西的，離獨立大街有點遠。適合在市區好好逛

酒店不錯。地點還可以，但如果您打算去伊斯坦堡的旅遊景點，就不是最佳選擇。房間很棒，景色也很美。房間裡的浴室超棒！

öncelikle serhat beyi tebrik ederim. Çok kaliteli bir iletişimi var ve çok tecrübeli. Resepsiyondan hilal hanım da her zaman çok kibar ve yardımsever. Eşimin her dogumgünü burda kalırız. Yine hicbir sorun yaşamadık. Otelde normalin üstü bir yoğunluk vardı. Eclipse bar böyle durumlarda otelde kalanlara kapatılıyo. Sanırım düğün nişan vs. Ve normalde bu otele gelmeyen veya gelemeyen bir kitle vardı. Ama tabiki bize bir zararları olmadı. Otelin personeli o kadar kaliteli ki bu durumları çok iyi yönetiyorlar

五星品質值得信賴，前台服務態度很好。房間寬敞乾淨，户外景色不錯。早餐很豐富，可選擇品種多，頂樓有酒吧和露台。

我參加展會期間住的飯店糟透了。 早餐選擇少得可憐，房間裡還瀰漫著一股潮濕的味道。 （哪個房間有味道？居然是那間能欣賞博斯普魯斯海峽美景的豪華房。）服務也差勁透頂。唯一值得稱讚的就是地理位置，除此之外，一無是處。

這家旅館竟然要求我們家7公斤重的小型寵物住一晚，但房費卻翻倍。都2025年了，飯店管理竟然還有這種惡劣的管理，真是丟臉！希望沒有動物愛好者住這家飯店！你們這些唯利是圖的寵物，應該為你們的人性和所提供的服務感到羞恥。
