詐騙飯店！不要預訂這家。我透過預訂預訂了這家酒店，儘管我免費取消預訂，他們還是從我的信用卡中提取了錢。他們告訴我他們正在進行預授權，但沒有！他們撤回資金。預訂此飯店和伊斯坦堡的其他飯店時請務必小心。

DO NOT MAKE RESERVATION IN THIS HOTEL. They will charged your credit card and not give you the money back ever. I made my reservation thur *********** and this hotel decided to charged my card 3 months and 20 days before my arrival to IST. Calling the hotel or emailing them was a waste of time. Calling *********** too but after many calls, emails and 11 days, *********** gave me my money back since the hotel didn’t. Mind you I had to write to all *********** CEO’s and VP and everyone in order for booking to pay attention to my issue, this hotel charged was done Dec 16, I canceled the reservation on Dec 18, and finally got my money back on Dec 29, 2023, in Christmas season. DO NOT RENT ON THIS HOTEL. Definetly NOT USING BOOKING AGAIN EITHER.

我和家人一起入住，有賓至如歸的感覺，我真的很感謝所有的工作人員，他們非常熱情友好，每個人在舒適度、清潔度等方面都非常好。這是一家擁有一切的完美酒店。我真的給予了安心得分..
