除了地板吵之外，那個房間真的很酷。大多數經濟房是這些酒店中最小的房間。但事實並非如此，房間又大又涼爽。我喜歡呆在這裡。

В 2022г. были в этом отеле, стоимость проживания была не маленькой, соответственно ожидания были. Номер был с балконом. - убирались у нас наверно один раз за 13 дней, я не говорю о смене постельного белья, но хотя бы подметать можно было, на полу была такая грязь, что было неприятно ходить. - номер мы брали с балконом, чтобы на нем тоже находится, в середине отдыха нам предложили устроить многодневный ремонт на балконе,вход на него только через наш номер, это очень странное предложение,когда в номере живут люди. Обратите внимание: Лифта нет, по лестнице тяжело подниматься, потому что она узкая и темная

新佩拉酒店乾淨、寬敞、整潔、床很大:)我們度過了愉快的一周。飯店的位置位於一個可以輕鬆到達通往街道的交通的地方。員工都很友善、面帶微笑。尤其是穆拉特先生是一個非常富有同情心和友善的人。多謝。再見 ：））

房間大，地點好，價格實惠。房間很髒，浴室裡有黴菌，床單上有別人的頭髮，水槽放在空的洗髮精瓶上，窗台很髒，微波爐的按鈕融化了，一個燈罩不見了。很明顯，客人受到冷漠對待，清潔很差，而且破損的東西也沒有從房間移走。最好是更加謙虛，但要乾淨並尊重他人。

飯店很乾淨，房間大小合適，接待行為非常好，他樂於助人，友善且有禮貌。位置非常好。我絕對會再去那裡。那裡的接待處不是 24 小時的。但他們總是接電話。在我旅行期間，一位朋友發生了一些不好的事情，酒店提供了很多幫助，因為他們確信我們的問題得到了解決。他們的善意真的很好。房間沒有保險箱，但絕對安全。我們對安全性感到滿意。沒有電梯是一個缺點。特別是房間是禁止吸煙的，所以上下樓梯好幾次有點煩人。飯店不提供每日客房服務，客房清潔人員僅在退房後打掃。當然，他們會為您提供乾淨的毛巾或您要求的任何其他東西。但最好有每日清潔計劃（因為客人每晚支付相同的費用）總而言之，住在伊斯坦布爾確實是一個不錯的選擇。我住過那裡的不同酒店，但將來我更喜歡住在新佩拉酒店（只是一樓，因為電梯問題）

I recently stayed at the New Pera Hotel for 4 nights and I do not recommend it. A lot of the reviews here mention the noise levels and I thought I was prepared for it but I landed on a weekend and the party was on till 3am and it was extremely noisy. There were cockroaches next to the basin and cleanliness is not much of a concept. On the last day, the entire table collapsed on top of my 10 year old son and it was a miracle he wasn’t seriously injured but his shoulder was paining. What annoyed me is the complete lack of empathy - not once did they ask me - is your son ok ? Do you need anything. When I mentioned my son has shoulder pain - they fought back saying the table has 15 screws and that it was my son’s fault it fell down and that they have footage of us leaving the hotel. I had no words - only shock on my face. And all the positive reviews - soy can’t be sure how many of them are real because as you can see in the picture they offer discounts and freebies for giving positive reviews to New Pera Hotel. If you have small kids or expecting to get a good night’s rest - just skip this place.
