Hotel staffs are super polite and friendly. They’ve offered us tea and coffee due to a delay during check in even though it was just for a short time. Later we asked some print outs for my daughter’s homework and they helped us without charging any additional fee. Our room was a bit noisy and they helped us to change to a quieter room immediately. I chose this hotel due to close proximity to airport. There’s also a restaurant just next to hotel if you prefer to try kebabs at cheaper prices compared to downtown. They also serve breakfast. Hotel also offers a wide selection of options for meals at reasonable prices. However, I haven’t tried the food due to poor ventilation at restaurant area. Maybe they just cleaned and there was detergent smell which is unhealthy to breathe in.

We had a large group and needed a place at last minute for us to go to dinner. Sarra, was able to quickly customize a meal for the group and accommodate everyone's special dietary needs. The food was excellent and the staff worked really hard to provide great service. I was very impressed.
