The apartment was filthy and was not ready at check in time 2pm. We entered the apartment to find the cleaner had just started cleaning. He was convincing us to stay as he would clean the apartment in 10mins a however the entire apartment was dusty, the bed sheets had not been changed and toilets were absolutely disgusting. In addition,the owner was laughing at the situation and had the audacity to say he will not refund us. Furthermore, he is a liar stating the apartment was ready at the time to prevent us from receiving the refund. If you wish to book with this apartment then expect to have filthy apartment and burnt your money. Lastly, you will have the trouble of having to rebook an apartment somewhere else and expect to be paying extra.
