Bed was just average, not very good for a **** standard.
Breakfast was mediocre.
We had a hot tub which was nice, however the shower didn't work properly (very hard to adjust the temperature, either too hot or too cold).
The gentleman on reception refused to give us a 2nd key card for our room (making some excuse about not having enough of them and being worried we'd lose it, as if an RFID card is something super valuable) so if one of us wanted to go out, we had to disturb the other to get back in.
Lift looked modern, however I did get stuck in there once.
The best thing about the hotel was the lady who was on night shift during our stay, who went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
Free coffee and drinking water was nice.
Overall a little disappointed though, don't know how this place can have 4.6/5 rating.
