รถวิ่งตลอดเวลา นอนไม่หลับ คนพลุกพล่าน ไม่ค่อยส่วนตัว แต่วิว ดี เห็นวิวแม่น้ำ แต่ไม่มีอะไรให้เลยในห้อง ส่วนตัวเฉยๆๆราคาแพงด้วย

It’s not a bad hotel..

Etablissement neuf et très propre. Chambre très spacieuse. Idéalement placé pour visiter Istanbul. Personnel aimable et à notre service à toute heure.

SPA: Yaklaşık 6 aydır düzenli spa bölümüne ailemle gidiyorum. Bankodaki güler yüzlü arkadaşlar sürekli memnuniyetimizi gözetiyorlar kendimizi yabancı hissetmeden dilediğimizce keyfini çıkarıyoruz. Konum olarak merkezi tam karşısında otopark imkanı var duşlarda şampuan vs sıkıntısı hiç yok.hafta içi daha nezih ve sakin biz çok memnun kalıyoruz fiyat performans olarak bence son derece iyi. Tütsü oda kokuları ile ortamın nem kokusunu değiştiriyorlar ne zaman istesek havlu vs yedek temin edip değiştirebiliyoruz. Hamamda kese köpük olayı güzel hamam max 2 kişilik önüne gelenle karışık alınmıyorsun çok fazla spa merkezi otel spası vs gittim gerçekten ilgili personel sürekli içecek ikram ediyorlar vs daha ne diyebilirim mutlaka deneyimleyin

The rooms and hotel is clean and nice in appearance. Check-in and our staff were okay. There was no advice on where the room was or room number, just handed a key and pointed at lifts. At the lifts there were no signs to tell you what floor your room would be. To no honest though, the main reason for my low 3 out of 5 review is the food and waiter service. When arriving for dinner at 7 we were literally pointed into the restaurant where tables were half layers or set with pre poured water (unsure how long water had been there). We found a table without water as presumed in use. Anyhow, then 20 minutes later after a few other confused guests came in and wondered around like we did a waiter came over. I asked if there was a menu and he said no. I asked what are we having and he said soup. I asked what soup and he said corn soup. I was a-bit confused and waited. Anyhow he then brought out some awful watery/creamy soup, I tried this and left it. He then brought a side salad, which was nice fresh salad. And the some chicken, potato and rice. The chicken was so dry and tasteless we left it all and just ate the rice. I was shocked that we were not given any options, or offered drinks and not even asked if we were vegetarian or had any allergies. Anyhow. Just sleep here and leave!! Oh also, so you know if you want to use the pool it’s an additional €5 per person for a mandatory swimming cap. I hope this review is helpful
