L hôtel est très propre. Le personnel est très agréable et à votre écoute malgré le peu d anglais dont je dispose, j ai pu me faire comprendre.Le buffet du petit déjeuner garni. En plein centre-ville. Petit bémol, l odeur de fosse septique par moment au niveau des ascenseurs.

The hotel was very good, the reception and breakfast staff were very friendly and talkative, the breakfast was varied and very tasty, the price of the hotel was very good compared to its facilities and rooms. But an angry lady from the hotel administration was shouting and fighting on the phone from the day I arrived until the day I left, and it was very annoying for me. The location of the hotel is good for healthy people, the room was cleaned every day by two kind ladies and their work was really good. Thank you to the management of Buke Hotel

Hi I had booked this hotel based on the comments on this site and booking so I wanted others not to make my mistake. - Reservation staff were not polite and professional at all, they did not even know how to greet. - The cleanliness of the room, which is quite obvious in the pictures, as well as the unpleasant smell in the room. -The beds and pillows were very old and uncomfortable and they did not change the bed all seven days we stayed. -They do not have a bathrobe and the shampoo and bodywash were very bad, we bought them from outside. - They do not have toothbrushes and toothpaste, and unlike other hotels, which, if you ask they give you, buke reservation staff tell me go and buy from outside. - Instead of a cup or mug, they put a paper cup in the room and did not give me a glass, despite my request. This was my sixth trip to Istanbul and it was the worst stay I had in a hotel.

Отель хороший. Оооочень приветливый дружелюбный персонал😊. Неплохие завтраки, есть выбор яйца, каша, оладьи, сухие завтраки, овощи, иногда фрукты, выпечка. В целом для завтрака хватает. Отдельное спасибо персоналу - всегда подойдут спросят "все ли хорошо". Но!!! Звукоизоляция отсутствует СОВСЕМ. Даже спокойные разговоры за стеной вы будете слышать как в своем номере, не говоря уже о музыке и повышенных тонах. 🙈

Noisy hotel, we booked 4 nights but stayed only 2 because we didn’t sleep at all. We asked to change the rooms but they told us everything was booked. After one month, we are still waiting for refund. Rooms are dirty, we found hair on the pillows

the workers were very friendly and pro, we was happy with everything apart from the cleaning. the house keeping was terrible they don't do much unless you tell them to do this or do that . the second day of our arrival all they did was just hoover and wipe the floors... i had to speak to the reception and tell them the toilet was bit cleaned the tables wasn't wiped the bed sheets wasn't changed . even when the room was handed over to us it was not the acceptable condition. apart from this everything was fine..

Good staff and great location.
