這個酒店的位置和服務都沒有任何可以挑剔的地方👍酒店大堂直麪博斯普魯斯海峽，風景絕美。房間面積寬敞，直通室外泳池。健身房24小時的，室內泳池温度恆温，有温泉池，還有免費的泳帽借用。房間內的洗漱用品品質一般，建議自帶牙膏、洗護用品。我們是一早的航班落地，早上8點多就到達酒店了，前台居然直接幫我們辦理了入住，按金100美金一晚，可刷卡或現金。自助早餐1400里拉一位。酒店距離多爾瑪巴赫切宮步行10分鐘距離。

在土耳其的最後一晚，為了方便坐機場大巴於是選擇住在這裏。距離塔克西姆廣場的機場大巴站很近，路也還算好走。連住兩天中間沒有人來打掃換浴巾，晚上回來想拿新浴巾被告知house keeper下班了，前台沒有布草間的鑰匙。酒店前台很友好，還會用中文打招呼，有電梯。但是如果可以的話叫前台不要開101房間，因為101房間的花灑是壞的，花灑架子也是壞的。並且窗是朝酒店大堂開的，有點奇怪。

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel for a business trip along with my wife. I found the hotel very neat and clean, located not more than 5 minutes to Taqsim Sq. Staff were so polite and friendly, trying to resolve our issues all the the time. The hotel will be much better if the offer the breakfast in future; but, they are very good when comparing the other hotel prices.

這裡的服務很好，也很精緻，尤其是櫃檯的服務人員EMRE!他常跟我們分享很多東西，而且非常友善，有任何問題問他都一定可以獲得解答！ 房間的環境非常的乾淨，雖然我們的房間在大馬路旁，但窗戶的隔音真的超好，一關起來喇叭聲幾乎都聽不到了。 早上的早餐可以坐在窗邊看著遠方的海，外面還會有海鷗飛來飛去，很可愛，早餐的選擇非常多樣，也都很好吃，更有現煎的各種蛋，廚師會給號碼牌，之後會有服務人員幫忙送到桌上！ 這裡真的是一個非常好的休息環境，推薦給所有可能來到伊斯坦堡的人！

畢竟是這麼有名氣的地方，我們兩大兩小，我訂了兩間房。一間海明威套房，一問黃金角房。先説結論，這是一個太有名的地方，非常值得來打卡，打卡酒吧大堂下午茶也可以參觀凱未爾等曾住過的房問。但非常不適合住宿。一是整個大堂人來人往熙熙攘攘，大堂感覺就很混亂。遊客和客人沒怎麼分開。一輛旅遊大巴車把遊客一車車往裡帶。二是感受不到熱情，每一個服務人員都很冷漠。porter門門僮見過了太多客人，聽説不給小費是要被冷眼的，當然，我是給得比較積極那種，都是200 200的給，人家也沒覺得你給得多。基本五星酒店的禮貌禮儀是有的，但非常基本。三是設施設備真的陳舊x畢竟那麼多年了，地毯臟得..浴缸的熱水龍頭打不開銹掉了，因為我不用也就沒通知修。我還去泳池了，小得.. 對比另一家Ajwa，我會更推薦。套房有幾塊點心。對了，海明威套房後來才知道有6套。

Everything about rixos tersane hotel is just exceptional. The staff is so polite helpful and welcoming. They made our stay exceptional staying at the hotel was just like a dream. We love how they arranged work shop for the kids for the whole day. i really can not describe how much we loved every minute of our stay in the hotel and how we loved the everyone in the staff espically Mr.Volkan who was really helpful with our stay if we decide to stay again in the hotel it is beacuse of Mr.Volkan, he’s so welcoming thoughtful and kind person thank you very much for your service. And thank you to the lovely amazing wonderful Ms. Kayan and Ms. Shayma thank you for being so kind and wonderful with our baby and the recommendation for kids activities. The property is beautiful and the service was impeccable. Appreciated their focus on safety and comfort. restaurants were terrific and offered different experiences. Spa facilities are exceptional with great service. Definitely recommend the hotel 2000%

There was so much good about this motel! Neat place!! The room was very cozy and VERY small! No big deal at all. The bed had a nice, hard mattress (which I love) and comfy pillows. The shower had plenty of hot water and strong water pressure. The maid service was nothing short of outstanding. Very friendly and excellent at keeping the room neat and tidy. The room temp was easy to regulate. The breakfast had a great variety of choices. There is something here for anyone's taste. Lots of great breads and jams, too. Loved everything about this place. The front desk could not have been more helpful. They were friendly and enjoyed engaging in conversation. This hotel is close to the tram and, of course, the shopping options are innumerable. Highly recommended!!

房間：很小，行李箱放下，沒什麼地方走路了 水壓很大，洗完很舒服 衞生：要叫才搞，搞得很乾凈，那個阿姨笑容特別好，還幫忙疊衣服 服務：一般，住了7天，衹送了2次水果 早餐：菜式很少，不適合中國人，沒米飯，吃不飽 優點：離所有景點都很近，出行非常便利 各位同胞：來這裏一定要下載Uber，司機都叫加價，要不等一個小時，都打不開了車 能走路就別打車，2公里都要幾十元車費 被土耳其司機騙很多錢 吃飯先問價格，被騙了幾千元 每天上一當，噹噹不一樣

我和我的朋友在阿拉拉特山酒店住了三個晚上。我們受到友好和樂於助人的員工的歡迎。即使我們幾乎不呆在房間裏,在戶外漫長的一天後,房間擁有我們需要的一切。牀很舒服,地方很乾淨,衛生間也很乾淨。附近有很多餐館,晚上附近變得非常熱鬧,當地人和遊客。我們很高興在疲憊的一天後,我們可以在附近的酒店裏吃一些食物和飲料。在我們最後的晚上,薩利赫幫助我們安排了前往機場的交通,這是一流的!另一方面,我們安排了含早餐的安排,略令人失望。這是自助餐,有各種食物和飲料選擇,但我和我的朋友有點挑剔。我們更喜歡在去市中心的路上抓住一些東西。雖然這不是交易破壞者。總而言之,物有所值。我們對我們的選擇感到滿意,肯定會回來的。
