My husband and I stayed in St. Ninians Bay apartment with some spectacular views. The apartment was very comfortable and nicely furnished. Owners were very helpful even when we had a small issue it was quickly resolved. Will definitely be back

The apartment we stayed in was tired and dated, the kitchen area and oven is poor felt dirty, shower goes cold really quickly , owner responded well when the electricity went off , it’s such a shame because it could be a nice place to stay , sea views and the walk into town was lovely …but for me it definitely needs updating some of the bedding was also not clean but assume the owners use private cleaners …

We had a wonderful weekend break staying in Kerrycroy apartment. The apartment is spotless , beds very comfortable the kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need. The views are amazing ! great location. We have stayed in this apartment many times and we have booked to come back in July as we enjoyed it so much.

We stayed in the Kerrycroy Bay apartment for 4 nights and wasn’t overly impressed. To start with some positive points the property is in a fab location and bus stops located directly outside for easy access to and from Rothesay and the rest of the island. Also fab sea views and lovely gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a family to self cater with ease. Also very peaceful and quite relaxing and we all slept well. Negative points. The wifi very bad and totally unusable at points so we were unable to watch TV and had no access to any live TV channels. We didn’t have control of the central heating it was done remotely so at points we were quite cold. There was a leak in the roof of one of the bedrooms which caused a mouldy smell. One of the showers was basically unusable due to very low water pressure. One of the heaters had to be shut off due to extremely loud noise due to air locks (Lynn was informed at the time and sorted this out promptly) part of the appeal for us booking this property was that it was advertised with children’s playground equipment in the garden which was completely removed during our stay to the disappointment of my 2 children. All in all we wouldn’t return to this property as it didn’t suit all of our needs it was extremely basic and in need of an upgrade in parts.
