伊斯蘭堡富豪飯店(Islamabad Regalia Hotel)

If you value your sleep - stay elsewhere! I stayed at Regalia for 6 nights and was awoken every morning. First day maintenance in the next room (219) at 7am!! Who starts hammering in a hotel at 7am?! Over the following days it was maintenance and also housekeeping (even though nobody was staying in room 219). Banging doors, dragging furniture. I stepped out and confronted them each morning. They would apologize and say it won't happen again, and then do it all over again the following day. I've stayed here many times in the past, even up to 3 weeks at a time, and never had problems. Unfortunately they now have a day manager who simply doesn't care. If there is an issue, his advice is "don't worry we will change your room". He takes no responsibility in communicating with other departments to ensure you do not get disturbed, it's easier just to tell the guest to change room! Every single day I complained to the Front Desk staff and every single day this continued. I was so severely sleep deprived by the end of my stay that I could barely muster the energy to speak!! After my stay ended, I emailed the GM of the hotel - who offered zero resolution. No explanation as to how or why this happened, no investigation, and what was supposed to be a private complaint was cc'd in with the entire Front Desk!! So much for data protection! I requested an explanation. 3 weeks passed, I didn't get one. Then my sister spoke to the GM last week, and was given an entirely misleading explanation for what happened during my stay. Also she was assured I would be contacted, but guess what? Nobody has contacted me (again). If this is how they can treat a loyal, frequent customer, I hate to think how it would be for someone new! Definitely will not stay here again!!

I was going to wait until I completed my stay to write a review but compelled to make a start due to the excellent service that has been given thus far. The hotel itself is in a quiet street in islamabad with gated entry and exit. It has an essence of luxury and cleanliness that is consistent throughout the establishment. After my first night, a staff member enquired about how my stay was, to which I highlighted a very small issue with some noise in my room. This was brought to the attention of the manager "Hamza" who looked to resolve my issue by offering me another room that was, in fact, larger and on a better side of the hotel. The hotel followed up on my satisfaction with my new room later in the day and looked to further improve on my stay by providing complimentary dinners and snacks to my room. Whilst I am sure I would have been somewhat content with my stay if the issue was left unresolved. This for me has placed this hotel as a must stay in islamabad for those looking for a peaceful setting and great customer service.

Stayed for two nights. Paid about £85 a night Had lots of issues in the room, to the hotel credit they fixed them all very quickly. The bedding sheets seemed old. The staff were very helpful For this standard hotel the most I would expect to pay is £50 a night. Breakfast was nice

we arrived late at night but the friendly reception and welcome drink, served to the room, and complimentary chocolate were refreshing. room was clean, classy decorated... feel like home it offers varieties of menus of breakfast. all are well decorated and tasty. the porters are very helpful and polite. I walked around the area in the morning as the neighborhood was quiet. one security guard followed me in a distance to make sure that everything was alright. we stayed here another night before flying home. the manager was kind to allow late check out. We had an amazing experience staying there . If you wish to stay in a luxurious and decent hotel you should definitely stay in this .The staff was very respectful and the services are quick and excellent. “Atif Shahbaz” had been incredibly helpful and made our stay very comfortable.

Worst Experience ever of my life, i have visited many 4 star and 5 star hotels.. But in this hotel there is no privacy of your family in your room their boys have easily access to open your room anytime i am gonna do case of their hotel management they’re harassing the families please don’t stay there with your families your privacy is not protected such a bastard management
