The staff are extremely professional and well trained from the reception staff and managers all the way up to the canteen restaurant I especially would like to extend this review to the two amazing customer service waiters Awais & Abdul Qadir who were fantastic and made me feel very welcome. I also like to extend a big thank you to the fantastic food made by Ahad the chef as a food was exemplary I would definitely recommend to anybody who wants a clean professional environment which I help you recharge your batteries. Came to Islamabad for a two day trip, and I’m genuinely impressed by the exceptional hospitality and service provided throughout my stay. The rooms were well maintained and consistently clean. Although there were a few misunderstandings at the beginning, Zain, the General Manager, stepped in promptly, took full responsibility, and ensured everything was handled smoothly, making our stay completely hassle free. Special appreciation to Raja and Aqsa for their attentiveness and for consistently making sure we were comfortable and satisfied throughout our stay. A big thank you as well to Shahid, the partner, for personally looking after us and ensuring we felt well taken care of. Kudos to the entire team for their professionalism, care, and dedication to excellent service.

Over all the experience was good apart from the start with the reception trying to avoid honouring what he said prior booking but changed his way once mentioned will be speaking DM and a negative review will not look good for a new hotel

It’s an amazing hotel. The staff are so friendly. They speak fluent English. Pakistan has some terrible hotels but this one exceeds the expectations. Close to the airport and shops.
