Nothin to enjoy stay here, i choose this hotel becose nearby airport to catch morning flight to Skardu next day. Electricity black out a few times and finally the 2nd night, no electricity until morning. Can imagine sleeping in hot weather becose now is summer season. Feel like in the sauna room. The room also dirty, with hair all over the place, wash room didnt clean properly. Hope they can improve this matter.

Good place near to airport and decent rooms compare to price. Good quite area no much traffic and noise

Room was dirty it had old cigarette already in the room no towels no soap shampoo I had to ring for everything service was also bad no complimentary tea or coffee I will never stay at this hotel again

Had a pleasant stay here. The rooms are nice, location is perfect near the airport, and staff service was great. Value for money. Thank you!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Tulip Capital Hotel. The overall cleanliness was shockingly poor — rooms were not properly maintained, surfaces were dirty, and basic hygiene standards were clearly ignored. It felt uncomfortable staying there. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout my visit. Requests were either delayed or completely ignored, and there was a lack of basic courtesy and hospitality that you would expect from any hotel. As for the management, Ali Haider Sahi did not handle concerns appropriately. There was no accountability, and issues were brushed aside rather than resolved. Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, or decent service.
