吉恩別墅飯店(Hotel Villa Kiin)

Toalha de praia e lençóis com cheiro ruim. Colchão horrível. Televisão era uma tela de computador e não funcionava bem. Café da manhã (2 torradas 1xic.café e 1 copo suco tipo pacote) é servido numa barraca na praia e ainda fazem questão de dizer que é uma cortesia do hotel. Internet não pega nos quartos. Enfim não recomendamos. Tudo muito velho.

I would not stay at Villa Kiin again. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. We asked for an extra towel for our room since we had three people and they only provided two towels, to which they let us know that they only give one towel per person. They did not let us know that you could not use toilet paper in the toilets, so ours clogged. The first night there, the remote control broke for the air conditioner and the room was extremely cold. They do not provide blankets, unless asked. Half of the lights in our room did not work. The staff did not let us change rooms when all of these problems went on, however, they did change the batteries in the remote for the air conditioner. The next night, the same issues were happening with the air conditioner, but we were able to continue to fix this ourselves. The staff never smiled or said hi when walking into the building. There were no lounge chairs next to the pool, only normal chairs. The shower was cold and the water would not turn hot. However, the hotel is next to the beach, and in a great area, which helped with the stay.

BEWARE! They will bait and switch you! We reserved a bright beautiful room overlooking the pool and beach and when we arrived we were put into a dark, dingy room with bamboo and plywood on the wall and a tarp... yes, a tarp for a ceiling which wasn't even stapled to the frame well so you could see outside and bugs could come in (and did!). It was horrible! It was so horrible we had to find another hotel and check out. THE HOTEL HAS A NO REFUNDS POLICY AND TRAVELOCITY WON'T BACK UP THE CUSTOMER. So they will put you in a crappy room and they know Travelocity will back their no refunds policy. Beware if you stay here... look at the reviews and read what the bad ones are about - don't be fooled by their fake good reviews! Also know, if you need two beds it's only a "request" and you very likely won't get it which makes for an awkward time if you are traveling with a friend. Read the fine print!!!! But beware, this place is shady as can be!!!

Did not live up to expectations in ad. Sliding doors were hard to open, no direct beach access as show, very small rooms, free breakfast was toast and coffee at a restaurant 200 yds. Away. Left after one night for another hotel.

You can’t beat the location….walk out the lobby and you’re on the beach. Easy walk to many restaurants and shops.

The hotel is basic yet it had great AC, comfortable beds, ceiling fan, friendly staff and we had no problems with hot water or water pressure. The location is fantastic!

Lovely location and great staff. Beds are very hard and need updating, and no wifi in the rooms, but otherwise a very nice stay. 😊

Hotel Villa Kiin was absolutely phenomenal! The staff was great and the view and location is unbeatable! It is a much older hotel and isn’t luxury by any means but if you aren’t planning on being in the room but to sleep it is the place to be. Had AC and a fridge which for adventurous people like my fiancé and me that is all we needed to store our snacks and water. They cleaned very very well every day! And the view was absolutely stunning on the second floor with a balcony. I highly highly recommend Villa Kiin and we will be staying there when we return to Isla!

Great place to stay close to the best beach on the island no frills room exactly what I needed
