女人海灘壯麗優雅飯店-全包(Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres - All Inclusive)

(TL:DR) Oh my goodness! I believe Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres has potentially spoiled us for any other all-inclusive resort for some time! What an incredible experience! It is truly an all-inclusive experience, except for their off-site excursion company (GoMajestic), and their jet ski rental opportunity (Book those at the kiosk off the main walkway towards the family pool/sky lounge area!) We didn’t have much use for the butler service (1-2 times during our stay); however, Arturo was a sweetheart and very helpful! As far as tipping goes, we were recommended by others who traveled to similar resorts (Seeing as this was our first time!), to tip $1 for each drink at the bars, and $1-3 each at meals. We also did $5/day for housekeeping, because they did have to change our linens a few times during our 5-day stay. She was such a sweetheart and so efficient, so we were glad to do so. Not sure if they have teams or not, but we realized we had the same housekeeper every time, which was really neat! I’m not particularly sure if the way we approached tipping was appropriate/enough, but they were incredibly appreciative and respectful if it wasn’t (!) Highly recommend the swim-up suite with the outdoor jacuzzi! We were in room 3010 and it was absolutely wonderful - The jacuzzi was great for when the pools weren’t super warm, but you still wanted to be in water! The bubbles were very loud, but that was the only draw back! The layout of the resort itself was almost perfectly designed! The adult side is distinctly separated from the family side; the restaurants and shops weren’t far away or in the way; plenty of space to walk around and enjoy your privacy, yet still many community spaces for meeting people and making friends if you choose to! The beach was incredibly well kept. The beach was cleaned at least twice a day, with security guards walking around every so often to make sure the resort’s privacy and lack of vendors is maintained. We felt perfectly safe to walk the beach and stand in the water every night. The security guards would smile and wave to let us know we were okay, and they were also respectful of our privacy as we stargazed and chatted, soaking it all in :) The food was delicious! They accommodated everyone’s dietary needs very well, and we had so many foods to try! The buffet is great for lunch and dinner, but be sure to put reservations in for the dinner restaurant options when needed, because you don’t want to miss out! The restaurants are all included, except the steakhouse, which we plan on trying out on our next visit! Otherwise, Mar House is fantastic! We were fortunate enough to enjoy the lobster dinner there - It was some of the best lobster I’ve had in a while, and I grew up in New England! Every time we ate, the meats/seafood were incredibly tender and flavorful! I could go on and on, but suffice it to say, we absolutely plan on visiting again, and bringing friends! The resort caters to a wide range of individuals, and we can’t wait to introduce it to our friends and family! The only thing I’d say we wished was that there was one late night community space for the young adults to hangout at after Legends sports bar/club closed, because sometimes they closed an hour early, and then there was nothing to really *do* between 1 or 2am till breakfast, and not everyone wanted to invite brand new friends to their rooms 😅 We did make some great friends while we were there though, and actually have plans to visit them in their home cities this year! I hope more international visitors will be there next time though, as it seemed to be primarily Americans at the resort when we were there (!) 10/10 experience overall, and we will absolutely be visiting again soon!

Atendimento sensacional em todas as áreas do hotel, os restaurantes temáticos são de ótima qualidade e o self-service tem tambem ótimas opções. Destaque para todo o grupo de funcionários que mantem sempre um sorrido no rosto e ótima disposição em atende-lo. Fiquei hospedado no clube e destaco o atendimento do mordomo BETO, simplesmente otimo e prestativo em todos os momentos. A festa de fim de ano foi muito bem organizada

Esta fue nuestra segunda vez en este maravilloso hotel. Lo escogimos de nuevo confiando en que todavia mantuviera su glamour y todo lo bueno que va con el y asi fue, no nos defraudo, fue aún mejor la experiencia. Nos hicieron un upgrade al club y la verdad el trato de los empleados y la instalacion, habitacion, comida, recreación fue inolvidable. Seguro vamos a volver muchas veces mas, Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres se ha ganado estos clientes.

Here is a honest review. I have been there recently. I had some reasons to choose this resort. If you are looking for very relaxing vacation and looking forward to laying down and relax this is the best resort to stay. It was very quiet everywhere so if you’re looking for party vibe vacation it’s not for you however there was day and night entertainment every day. in general I really enjoyed staying there. Very well maintained resort. Ongoing cleaning and gardening. There is so many different option for food but the quality is average or even below. Bar menus are amazing. They have over 10 different bars which each had different menu. So many great cocktails options. Bartenders are very welcoming and friendly. Beaches are so clean with plenty of beach bed and canopy. They clean the beach often so there was a very little amounts of sea****. I stayed in adults only part which I was an able to use club member only beach and pool which was enjoyable and quiet. Only negative thing was check in process which is takes forever and not feel welcoming . They have a waiting list that they call you name when is your turn so you might stay there for hour to check in. Even where you check in you still have to wait another half an hour to get in your room. I showed up there at 2 pm and get my room at 4 pm. I wasn’t expecting to get my room earlier but at least at 3 would be better.

such an incredible experience with the most lovely staff! everything felt so luxurious and clean. our butler, felipe, was so attentive and all the bartenders (manuel, francisco, etc.) made the BEST drinks. there were also so many fun activities hosted by the staff (sexy chocolate man!) which made our time so enjoyable. thank you to everyone for making our experience majestic and elegant :)

Great place to stay, the resort is only 4 years old. The beach area is clean and the ocean is free of any coral.The rooms are clean and have plenty of space. The food and drinks are awesome and as always, the people of Mexico work very hard to provide a great vacation experience. They always have a smile on their faces despite having to do a lot of work for little money. If you complain about this resort you should probably stay home.

If I could rate this hotel 1 star, I would. Absolutely regretted my vacation here. The place is infested with huge cockroaches that crawl all over the property, lobby, restaurants and rooms; as well as many scorpions. This fact alone made us try to cancel our reservation the same day we arrived, but this hotel has a strict no refund policy. The service is absolutely terrible, the waiters in restaurants always seem angry, for an entire day of laying the beach I was only approached once by a server to take my drink order. My room went 4 days without being cleaned, despite me calling and requesting my room to be cleaned. They have weddings almost every single day, and they kick everyone out from the pools, leaving everyone in the hotel to cram into the kids pool. The managers of the hotel property, Cesar and Fernando are extremely rude and ignorant. We talked to them several times that we were experiencing big disappointments in the hotel, but they would just make empty promises and lie. We talked to many different couples in the resort, all of which were also disappointed and shocked at how terrible the service is. Also, there are “7 restaurants”, however they all serve the same food, and the two restaurants that actually have decent food are reservation only and adult only. I’ve been to many different resorts and I really am not picky, but this place was just awful. Please save your money and go somewhere else because this an absolutely horrible place to spend your vacation.

At check-in, it looks like there was no order, the main desk took care of someone else who came after us, making us wait. And another incident was we booked a Ocean Front (Adults Only) room but the front desk guy (IZA) gave us the pool view room, made us walk back all the way to correct it. Third one was we told our butler our anniversary date on the very first day of our stay and she missed to communicate to the restaurant we reserved, so missed something in there. Other than these everything was great, we enjoyed our stay. Bellman arranged a taxi within 5 mins when our planned shuttle failed to show up.
