摯愛女人海灘飯店-全包-限成人(Beloved Playa Mujeres - Couples Only All Inclusive)

The property location was top notch. Can't beat the view from pretty much anywhere you go on the property. I would say the beach tractor was a little noisy when trying to relax on the chairs but I understand the need. We also felt the food could be better. We ate on the outdoor terrace restaurant and the food was mediocre. Room service, although very quick compared to other resorts, was not very hot. This was for both breakfast and dinner. We were there for our honeymoon and although we did mention that in the reservation, we did not get anything special for the occasion. Overall the resort was lovely and we would likely return and try different restaurants.

Beach is extremely clean and peaceful. Extra secure. Bilingual, extremely friendly staff is generous and accommodating. Events and dining options are superb. I can't wait to go back. Pro-tip: Book through their direct site for 4 nights and they will include transportation to/from the CUN airport.

I have absolutely no complaints about this place. Everything was top tier and my fiancé had an amazing time for his birthday. The only thing that was unfortunate is the fact that we weren’t told about the hydrotherapy session that is included in the stay until our last day and they had no appointments left. Other than that I really enjoy my stay and I will definitely revisit in the near future.

This was a vacation that we'll mever forget! We cannot express how special we felt the entire time at the resort. From the time we stepped out of the SUV to the time we left the property, we felt like family. If you want a place that is stricly for couples and is quiet and intimate, choose Beloved Playa Mujeras. You won't be dissappointed! Our only suggestion would be a rotating menu with rhe limited restaurant choices to have a better variety. All in all, an excellent experience! We will definitely be back!

Air conditioning problems, we were moved 3 times in one day to find a room that the air conditioner worked. We never received turn down service the entire stay. Some staff were not so nice. I can tell you Mex at the front door was the best staff we encountered. Mex is the man.

De muy buen tamaño el hotel, con muy buenas habitaciones, solo una desafortunada cena en el restaurante frances de mala calidad la carne y no habia pianista, cuando nos dijeron que si habria, todo lo demas muy bueno y el servicio inpecable. Coktails en alberca muy mal peparados.

Excellent couples resort. Excellent. Staff and services were extremly accommodating and responsive. Food was excellent and the taco trick is fantastic!
