Visited with my teenage daughter for 5 nights and we both loved the hotel. I was a little worried about the mixed reviews but our experience was brilliant. After a delayed flight we checked in quite late and went to our room which was lovely, clean and comfortable. We then had breakfast the next morning and had a wander around the hotel - we then decided to upgrade to Royal level, not because we weren’t happy but mostly because we were after access to the heated pool and a wider choice in the buffet restaurant. The upgrade cost us £160 for the remaining 4 nights (much cheaper than if we’d done this before arriving) and in our opinion it was well worth it. In our time at the hotel all of the staff were extremely friendly, I find it hard to understand where the bad reviews came from as they really couldn’t have been more helpful. The hotel was clean throughout and the pool areas were great. All in all we had a really lovely, relaxing stay and would definitely consider visiting again.

2月6日與我的媽媽來到這裏,最後一分鐘便宜,全包陽光休息5晚。入住和房間入住很快,但花了我們一段時間才找到我們的房間,因爲沒有跡象!我們位於兒童樂園對面的一樓(超級安靜),房間很大,寬敞,特別乾淨。女僕每天都來整理,鋪牀等(但沒有更換牀單或毛巾,但很好,因爲我們只在那裏住了5晚)。房間裏沒有水壺,沒有空調,晚上房間確實很熱。當我問前台爲什麼沒有空調時,她說這是他們的冬天,儘管我們在那裏的時間是24度!泳池區 泳池區真的很好很乾淨,沒有爲太陽牀而戰,但游泳池很冷(我把我的腳趾浸了進去,我走了!)請裸露的頭腦,你需要1歐元(換)在池畔酒吧喝飲料的杯子(當你把杯子拿回來時,你會得到這個)。這保持了游泳池區域整潔乾淨,這是一個非常好的想法。食物食物很熱,有很多品種 - 我們從來沒有餓過。所有工作人員都很友好,保持食物區乾淨。位置酒店距離機場約10分鐘車程,步行25分鐘即可到達Costa Tequise鎮,那裏有一個可愛的海灘步行到達。總的來說,我們度過了最好的時光,因爲我們付出了代價,將來還會回來。

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s a good base for exploring the city of Arrecife and other parts of Lanzarote. Conveniently situated on the sea front, it has great views and is close to restaurants and other amenities. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff and management go out of their way to be helpful and clearly take a pride in their hotel. Breakfast is on the 6th floor roof terrace. It’s an enjoyable experience having breakfast either al fresco or under cover, in each case with views out to sea and of the city.

Just returned from the Lancelot after a excellent 10 days. Hotel I can't fault,reception staff couldn't do enough for you. Rooms all kept very clean. Breakfast staff worked very hard to keep everybody happy(which is not always the easiest) Good choice of breakfast. Pool bar only used a few times but staff made some great cocktails and when we did use the pool area very relaxing. Had a beach front room 501 well worth the extra great views. Roadworks on going on the front but no fault off the hotel and in all honesty didn't really bother us,once completed will only improved your stay. Nice restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Thanks to all at the Lancelot will definitely return when possible and love to stay in one of the suites which looked amazing with the outside space. Thanks to all.

Stayed here many times but due to being taken over by THB noticed that things are lacking. The staff as always are great throughout the whole place. Special mention of Tobius on reception so helpful. We were in the adults club and had to ask for bathrobe, slippers even soap things we knew should have been provided without asking. Now only one hot drinks machine in pool bar and soft drinks no longer self service which leads to queues as seems not enough staff. Used to be cocktails around the pool daily but wasn't offered often. Food is usual all inclusive fare but plenty of choice only English bacon once a week and hash brown's twice these used to be daily. Only little things but seems THB are penny pinching in many ways. Always loved this hotel but don't know if we will be back as prices for next year have risen due to planned refurbishment.

It is the best hotel in which we have ever been. The rooms are huge and comfortable. Food was amazing, a lot of different tastes every day. Places for children prepared very well. Hotel is splitted into different areas. If you travel with children you get the room closly to the pool for children and playground. If you travel adults only you get the nice room close to the swimming pool for adults only. Hotel is allocated close to the beach. We would like to thank all the service teams there. Especially to Bartek, Francesca and Anas from the animation team! Thank you for amazing time spent toghether!

An enjoyable 2 week stay at this small self-catering resort with on site pools/jacuzzi and Baily restaurant. Beach right outside the resort 100 metres. Spar Supermarkets seemed to be best value, although nearby Hiperdino was best for milk. Ate out at nearby restaurants most of the time as cheaper and offer wider choice of cuisine e.g. Asian, Indian. Reception is 24hr pleasant and efficient staff, excellent cleaning service. Resort operates a pool sunbed booking system. No UK TV BBC/ITV channels at the moment. Villas sleep upto 6, with 2 bathrooms, and are on 2 floors with sleeping accommodation/main bathroom on ground floor. Kitchen/diner and lounge upstairs. Terrace, front garden area and upstairs Balcony

Going with an under 2 year old you simply want a place that’s not too big, safe, plenty of things to do while also being in a good area…. This hotel ticks every one of those! The location is just opposite a beach which has plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. A car rental company is also to the right as you come out with good prices while also including child seats. The food is a good selection, my wife and daughter have dairy allergies yet there’s plenty of choice for them! Staff are friendly, they really do go above and beyond. There’s also a great selection of drinks to choose from whether alcoholic or not. Pools are all a good size and the slides are great for everyone. I still stand by thoughts of being a family hotel you’d imagine it’d be loud and crazy but this hotel isn’t like that at all. We’ve now expanded to a family of 4 to which we are coming again in June 2025 and look forward to another good time here

I love this hotel, my third visit, I came the first week of May when they were in the middle of the refurbishment, which when booking I was made plainly aware of. I decided to come back on the 20th December for Christmas week and was pleasantly surprised with the refurbishment of the restaurant, it is light and airy, the food was amazing, they went all out on Christmas day with free pre drinks and at your table, well done to all the staff concerned, my only complaint about the restaurant is that children are allowed to run around putting their fingers in the food especially the deserts and cakes or worse picking them up and then putting them back, I learnt quickly to take from the back, I think they should stipulate that all children should be accompanied by an adult when getting food, there was also many occasions when children were running around and near misses were had with them running into people with plates of food in their hands. I have to agree with the other comments that on occasions the staff seemed to be thin on the ground. There isn't much for children or teenagers to do here and no beach, Puerto del Carmen is the nearest. A lovely touch on Christmas day was a visit by Father Christmas for the children, he arrived on a camel which was amusing, the kids loved it and all children up to 12 years got a small gift. I had a garden view with balcony and could see the sea, it was spotless. The courtesy bus is great as you can go to the beach for a couple of hours and come back to sit by the pool, which you never had a problem with getting a sunbed at anytime of the day. Can't wait to go back in May next year, love this place. I am a solo traveller and always feel comfortable and safe here, people are friendly and you always meet likewise travellers. Thank you to all at the hotel for a lovely Christmas, see you next year.

Would recommend especially for price and value.

This was our first holiday to Lanzarote, we were very impressed with the Thb Flora, we enjoyed 11 nights here,our room was very spacious, we were self catering buy dined at the hotel a couple of times, the food was good, the snack bar was excellent...the entertainment crew Dunia and Juan where excellent, very engaging and easy to talk to and full of advice, the bar man Manuel on the other hand has a big problem and it wouldn't hurt him to smile once in a while... There are plenty of other restaurants close by and even more restaurants and shops near the beach front, 5euro in a taxi gets you there in minutes All in all the flora was a great experience for us and I would highly recommend it, everyone was very welcoming bar 1 ,can't wait to book for next year, thanks for a great holiday

We arrived here as waifs from a big storm, unable to get home for three days because public transport to North Devon was not running. But we had a lovely experience at this character hotel and restaurant. It was the opposite of the cheap chains (although they have their place, of course) with a quirky, wonderfully comfortable and well-equipped room, a bed to die for in terms of sleep comfort, a great big TV, and lots of little touches that made it a good place to hole up in. Excellent food at the cosy restaurant, and they fitted us in despite having a couple of giant Christmas parties on. Most of all though, it was the people who made our experience - every single person was warm, welcoming, clearly well-trained and went the extra mile to look after us,. The only warning I would give is that the stairs are narrow and there is no lift. That is obviously part of the nature of the old building, and the restaurant is on the ground floor, but if you have mobility issues you need to ask if they have accessible rooms for staying in.

Arrived late at night and reception shut at 8pm. Paper on door telling us what bungalow we were in. Eventually found bungalow. First thing that hits you is the heat. Bungalows have no air conditioning. Bed wasn’t cleanest and all filling in pillows had crumbled. Following morning managed to check in . Staff explained no air Cain and that fans that were for hire weren’t the best. We were given a sheet stating rules and when towels and sheets changed . Towels every 4 days and sheets every 6. We didn’t get either . We were told that towels should be on floor if we wanted changing on 4th day. I explained I didn’t know and that there were ants on floor.( don’t leave doors open for breeze) . The Bungalows look lovely from the outside , however could do with updating inside. On a positive , no issues getting sun lounges and these were very sturdy and did t tip if you sat on the end. I would stay here again if they had air con as they are in a beautiful setting !

The only gripe I had was with 1 mm ants ? That popped up in the kitchen and bathtub was worn.
But it wasn’t dirty. Cleaning lady also cleaned everyday.
Definitely a lovely stay for the money and amazing staff.
