特羅法納皇家飯店(Trofana Royal 5-Sterne Superior Resort)

Alles zu 100% , Hotel, Service, Essen, einfach alles perfekt… Sehr schönes Spa, ausreichend Parkplätze und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause, besser kann man es nicht machen! Ein großes Lob an alle Angestellte... Wie waren eine Gruppe von über 20 Personen und jeder empfand es genau so wie ich!!! ;-)

Ich habe überhaupt keine Lust, in einem Hotel mit einer Nation von Mördern Urlaub zu machen. Zudem benehmen sie sich wie Schweine, hören beim Abendessen laut Musik, schreien im Spa-Bereich und betrinken sich...

Nachdem ich aufgrund des unfreundlichen Besitzers nun schon seit langer Zeit nur noch zum Essen und nicht mehr als Übernachtungsgast ins Trofana komme, bin ich heute leider endgültig überzeugt worden dies auch einzustellen.8 Euro für einen Cappuccino, obwohl Latte Macchiato bestellt wurde, kalt servierter Apfelstrudel und ein Sandwich für 17 Euro, das aus 2 Scheiben Toast und einer Scheibe Käse besteht sind nun doch wirklich zuviel des Guten!

in diesem Jahr nach unserer Rechnung zum achten Mal im Sommer zum Kräftetanken im Trofana Royal und haben bereits fürs nächste Jahr wieder gebucht. Mehr braucht man - glaube ich - nicht dazu zu sagen. Bis bald und Grüße an das ganze Team - bleiben Sie uns erhalten - M.

We hebben hier voor de t****e keer verbleven en terug was alles top ! Zeer vriendelijk personeel en alles wordt heel professioneel aangepakt. Het ontbijt is heel uitgebreid en het avondeten is op sterren niveau. E-bikes van goede kwaliteit te huur aan degelijke prijs. We komen graag terug.

Really great, truly 5* hotel. Rooms spacious and modern with large bathrooms and lovely views from balcony. Breakfast and dinner very good. Minor ****** that the waiter was very pushy with very expensive wine which honestly got a little annoying. Pool very nice and hot tub great but got a little busy. NYE meal was very nice. Would recommend.

We had two weeks booked through Crystal ski holidays. As soon as you arrive you are made welcome. All the staff are fantastic and the training they receive is exemplary. The restaurant staff get two weeks training and it shows. A special mention must be made for Carmen and Magda who looked after us very well. The Von Der Thannen family hotel is superb. The rooms, the spa, swimming pools, decor, cleanliness and of course the restaurant of forty chefs run by Martin Sieberer are amazing. Our meals were simply amazing. This is a very special hotel and well deserves all its accolades. Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable experience.

We stayed in multiple cities all over Austria and this was by far our favorite. The location, the room, customer service, where all exceptional. Highly recommend it.

Just returning home from a family ski trip staying at this stunning hotel. My wife and I travel very frequently to some extremely good hotels and I have to say that the Trofana falls into that category. The hotel is truly 5*. The amenities are excellent - the spa is just a great place to be. The food is truly amazing and the staff just compliment the excellence of this hotel. Ok - I see that some people moan that they charge for water and drinks are a little pricey. All I would say is that if you want excellence then don’t moan if you have to pay a little more. Thank you to all of the staff who made our stay so wonderful. As for some practicalities, the location is in my opinion in the best part of the town and only a 2 minute walk from a gondola - even in ski boots. There are some great aprez bars close by. The ski room is spacious and it is possible to ski back within 5 metres of the ski room door. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.
