В этом отеле на каждом всегда чувствуешь себя гостем, от которого хотят поскорее избавиться. Плюсы отеля: Отель утопает в цветах, но это показывает хвастовство хозяев, а не гостеприимство. Мы приехали с женой покататься на лыжах в Ишгль издалека, чтобы оценить альпийское гостеприимство. Решили пожить в отелях 4 и 5 звезд, стоимость 300 и 900 евро соответственно за ночь. К четверке нет вопросов, а вот что касается отеля Элизабет. При заселении в отель - мы бронировали стандартный номер - мы долго ждали заселения, чемоданы были доставлены в грязной машине от отеля, мы несколько раз просили персонал из протереть, они это сделали, но с пятого напоминая. В сауне отеля некомфортно- отсутствует достаточная вентиляция и когда ты в бассейне, жар от сауны заставляет открывать дверь на улицу, половина диванов не используется должным образов, лежать там невозможно долго- просто не хватает воздуха. Пока мы пили очень культурно бутылку шампанского - это к слову был наш медовый месяц- персонал три раза подходил и предлагал нам пластиковые стаканы- боясь, что другие разобьются- назойливость зашкаливает. На фото номера, что мы брониров за али есть индивидуальная косметика Боттега- в реалиях нам ее не поставили, а дали большие бутылки- сказали, что только в люксах косметика. Лыжная комната без индивидуальных кабинок. Вип доступ на гору не работает. Нет комнаты отдыха и переодевания - это очень не удобно если ты кутаешься в последний день. Администратор предлагает переодеваться в темной комнате хранения багажа. Ужас. Лучше бы сделали комнату для переодевания - это же лыжный курорт, а не просто отель. Нам попросили освободить номер в 11:00- фактически, мы пошли на гору и нам пришлось выезжать в 8:00- так как мы пошли кататься. В общем в отеле мы были чуть больше суток, заплатив при этом за двое. Лично попросил хозяйку, она сквозь зубы разрешила остаться до часу дня. Хотя они после этого не торопились убирать номер. В отеле есть 20 диванов на втором этаже, где особо никто не сидит, что там делать….. Диваны в номере уже прохудившиеся- пора менять, раковина треснута. В отеле присутствует разношерстный контингент- порой некомфортно сидеть на ужине, так как мужчины снобы будут беспардонно и бескультурно смотреть на Вашу жену. Внизу бары с шумной мызыкой- персонал отеля гордится этим- тогда зачем на главной странице отеля тихая улица с мерседесом, когда это не также- в реалиях куча пьяной толпы у входа в отель- смешно и грустно, если честно. Мы были на многих лыжных курортах- но тут мы чувствовали себя крайне холодно, негостеприимно. Больше не вернемся сюда. Когда отель позиционирующий себя как премиум и не предоставляет сервис- это печально, ведь большая сумма за ночь должна предполагать не только кровать, душ и завтрак, но и дополнительные услуги. А тут в 11:00 выметайся поскорее, приходится всю ночь не спать и думать: как бы в 8 утра не на гору пойти кататься, а чемоданы скорее паковать.

L’hotel si trova proprio a ridosso degli impianti di risalita, a 5 min a piedi dal centro e sopra ad uno degli apres ski più frequentati di Iscghl (facente parte della struttura). Tutti gli ambienti sono raffinatamente arredati e curatissimi così come la stanza che era inoltre di buone dimensioni e con affaccio diretto sulla pista. Centro benessere non grandissimo ma ben proporzionato e con splendida vista panoramica. Colazione e cena di ottimo livello. Cocktail bar intimo ed elegante, ideale per ritirarsi dall’affollamento dell’apres ski. Servizi in generale efficienti e di alto livello. Place to be a Ischgl.

We stayed at Elizabeth Arthotel for 20 nights in January 2022. Let's start with what we loved there : 1) The location, hard to be better and this was a key element for us. 2) The food. We're very used to excellent food in the resorts we visit. Elizabeth Arthotel delivered one of the best food we've ever had in a resort. Only a few top-rated Maldivian resorts managed to give us a better experience, but it's a very tight call. The chef is excellent and we really had 20 amazing dinners, each better than the previous one. Yet, it is a 5* resort, so we of course had high expectations and there were things that were not right. a) The service was not at the level we'd expect in a 5* resort, particularly ONE person (a woman) who was absolutely not polite and who even ate the chocolates twice during dinner times (yes...we saw you, despite trying to go and hide in the kitchen). Seriously, we're in a 5* resort and a waitress eats the chocolates during dinner times in front of the guests. Not only that, but when one day she was cleaning our table, with the little "pieces" of bread, she throw them down on the floor, we were really really not expecting that. ...And still this very person, when she delivered the meals, she never said what was inside. One day, with the starter bread, I had the chance to jump on it...without knowing that there was goat cheese (that I hate) inside. Of course, she didn't tell anything. This is for the restaurant. But, what was even more surprising was the room-service. I mean, the cleaning. We have NEVER seen such a bad turn-down service in a 5* resort. You could eat an apple at 11am, have all the dirt on the table, the cleaner would come for turndown service at night and not even touch it "well, not my work for tonight, I'm just here for turndown service". HOW?! So if you're just here for turndown service, how to explain a bed that was SO badly done? CF picture attached. And yes, as crazy as it may seem, we did not touch it, this is how you can find your bed "prepared" at night AFTER the turndown service ..... There is a BIG room for improvement in that area. b) The Russians. So ok, Ischgl is known for having many russians, and, we know that. What's wrong with them? They were behaving like 12 yo child, i.e jumping in the pool (even though there's a clear sign saying not to jump), shouting and so on, not only in the pool, but also at the bar where you just want to go, relax, and enjoy your time. OF COURSE, the hotel is not responsible on who come to their property. BUT, the hotel IS responsible for ensuring that the rules are respected and that a minimum of respect to the other guests is maintened. Never ever did I see someone tell them to stop jumping in the pool, to shout a little bit quieter, or anything. They don't want to say anything to the Russians because they are a big part of their clients...well, on the other end, you have some non-russian not happy ;) c) the heat in the hotel. The Arthotel Elizabeth offers a sublime experience to compliment a week on the ski slopes of this magnificent resort. Fine cuisine, excellent wines, comfy rooms and a great location create the basis for a wonderful stay. The hotel is rated at a fully-deserved 5 stars but it is the staff and service that make it most memorable. Nikola, Sacha and Bee are wonderful in the restaurant but everyone else from cleaning, reception, boot room, ski hire shop work seamlessly together to make the stay pretty near perfect. We stayed for 7 nights via Crysral Ski and are delighted to have found a treasure in this hotel and resort. I hope more Brits discover how great this place is.

It was the best family vacation of the winter season. This hotel is just my delight. The people who work there are not employees, they are one big friendly family. It was a great Christmas. Thanks for the vibe to the owners of the hotel Eliza and Julia. Thanks to Nikolai for constant attention in the restaurant. Thanks to Erwin for helping in the Ski Room. It was very nice. If I could give it a 100 rating, I would.

Five star hotel comes with some obvious qualities that are just not there. Can’t really complain about room size, cleanliness, however: Breakfast rather poor. No fresh orange juice. No hot fresh bread. No omelette corner (you can order however). Few veggies slices that have seen better fresher days. No afternoon buffet. ANY four star S has afternoon buffet. Nothing here! You can order stuff - but have to pay. I mean afternoon - after ski small buffet is a standard in Austria!! Nice small pool but not enough beds or seats. Spa area is two dry saunas and one wet sauna. That’s it. And it is NOT FKK - which is a standard in Austria. At a five star hotel? These are facts, not opinion. For that price, with title of five stars my expectations were not met.

We have stayed at the Elizabeth for several years now and it feels like home from home. Always a warm welcome from Claudia on reception and Miriam Aloys, the owner, which makes a change from some hotels which are so impersonal. It is ideally situated just across from the main gondola, and Fimba gondola is only a few minutes walk away, which takes you to the Idalp area. The hotel is full of wonderful artwork and the floral arrangements and beautiful candles make it very atmospheric. Modern large bedrooms and bathrooms with fabulous rain showers. The restaurant offers a 6 course menu every night and the food is delicious and beautIfully presented. Nikola, Restaurant Manager & Sommelier, is very helpful and knowledgeable. The staff throughout the hotel are all friendly, efficient and helpful. The ski shop attached to the hotel is very good and the hotel has a ski room with heated rails for the boots and racks for skis etc. Infinity pool on the top floor, sauna, and the masseuse is excellent. A great place to stay, you won’t be dissatisfied.

Just returned from a week of skiing with my wife. A+ location, service, food and accommodation. Stayed in jr. suite with 1/2 board. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The food was wonderful. Each evening had a set menu without one repetitive dish the entire week. Can truly say not one course disappointed over our entire stay. The chef is simply fabulous. The staff were fantastic with kudus to the owner and the maitre d' /sommelier who simply welcomed us as family and seemed to anticipate and exceed our expectations. The bar below buzzes each night till dinner time but the noise is little concern as the rooms are well insulated. The photos from the hotel are realistic. The attention to detail, art and comfort are obvious once you walk through the door. Highly recommend.

What an amazing hotel and beautiful and thoughtful owners . Myself and my son arrived the week before Christmas 2024 . we arrived earlier than expected which should of been well before normal check in time however , this was not a problem and we were greeted by name in the most welcoming manner that I have only ever encountered in the best world wide 5 star hotels such as the Peninsular Hotels / Bangkok /Hong Kong or Gstaad Palace . The room was more of a suite than a room , impeccably decorated with the most amazing mountain views . The restaurant was all you would expect and more for both breakfast and dinner but i would recommend pushing the boat out a little for the a la carte as the personal table service is extra special and well worth it . Myself and my son love this hotel and cannot wait to visit again . See you soon guys Big Al & little Al
