El hotel está bien, la localización también es buena, pero en general no me parece que merezca un excelente, que supondría una calificación inmejorable. Hay detalles como la hora del checkout, a las 9 am, que no me parece correcto, cuando además no te ofrecen flexibilidad si no es pagando un precio abusivo adicional de 40 dólares por un par de horas.

El lugar es único, frente a la mejor playa de Isabela, hay un menú muy grande con mariscos, pollo, hamburguesas, salchipapas hay opciones para niños para todos los gustos y muy buena atención y las habitaciones son muy lindas y detalladas

Belle chambre immense. Petit déjeuner simple mais très bon. Situé sur la plage. Restaurant bien. Personnel sympathique et très serviable. Point négatif wifi aléatoire selon les chambres. Hôtel Très calme. Eau filtrée fournie. Climatisation très bien efficace et ne tombe pas sur les lits

Hermoso lugar para conectar con la naturaleza, el lugar es precioso y tranquilo, la habitación con vista al mar es muy recomendada, todo muy limpio y el personal es muy atento y muy profesional. La comida y cócteles deliciosos. Felicidades

La ubicación del hotel es una maravilla. Cerca del área comercial, del puerto y perfecto justo frente a la playa. El patio fue uno de los lugares que más me gustó y está para aprovecharlo en cualquier momento del día. El personal es muy amable y siempre estuvieron a darnos indicaciones incluso antes de llegar. Los desayunos y el almuerzo que tuvimos buenos, la habitación estuvo muy cómoda y hasta ahora recuerdo la loción del baño que era un bálsamo para la piel quemada al final del día!. Sin dudar, volvería a este hospedaje.

We had a great 4 night stay at Isamar Hotel. The owner is very kind and helpful when I reached out to him for anything on WhatsApp. He was kind enough to offer my husband and I free breakfast, as it wasn’t included in the room we booked. The hotel is right on the beach. Has plenty of loungers, chairs and tables to sit at. Room has comfortable bedding and pillows, ice cold AC, hot water and ample storage. Breakfast was nice and had good options. Our only complaint was the lady at the front desk. I don’t know if it was a language barrier or just lack of desire to help….but we asked for help with contacting a tour company for us, help with adding an extra night to our stay, asking about breakfast options and some other general things that she seemed to bothered to help with. We found her to be of no help to us….but when I reached out to the owner, he was quick to help, which was nice! We would stay here again!
